Doorlock:UnpoweredBrake普通工作段Normalworkingsection過渡圓角Transitionalroundangle零升程自鎖段zeroleadself-lockingsection變升程絲桿的螺旋槽分為三段:普通工作段、零升程自鎖段和過渡段。在與門連接的傳動螺母上,有2只滾動銷,滾動銷在絲桿螺旋槽中滾動,在普通工作段螺旋槽中,電動時,絲桿可以驅(qū)動傳動螺母以實現(xiàn)電動開關(guān)門,無電時,傳動螺母可以驅(qū)動絲桿以實現(xiàn)手動開關(guān)門,當(dāng)傳動螺母的滾動銷進(jìn)入絲桿的零升程自鎖段時,僅絲桿能驅(qū)動傳動螺母以實現(xiàn)鎖閉或解鎖,而傳動螺母卻不能驅(qū)動絲桿試圖解鎖,因此實現(xiàn)對門的鎖閉和電機(jī)開/關(guān)門的自動切換。Helixgrooveofdrivingscrewwithvariedleadisdividedinto3sections:oneisthenormalworkingsection,andoneistheself-lockingsectionwhoseleadis0aswellasthetransitionalsectionbetweenthetwosections.Thereare2rollingpinsonthedrivingnutconnectedwiththedoorandthepinscanrollinthehelixgrooveofdrivingscrew.Inthenormalhelixgroove,whenbeingpoweredon,thedrivingscrewcandrivethenuttoachieveelectricalopeningandclosing,whilewhenpoweredoff,thedrivingnutcandrivethedrivingscrewtoachievemanualopeningandclosing.Whentherollingpinsofdrivingnutenterthezeroleadself-lockingsection,thedrivingnutcanonlybedrivenbydrivingscrewtorealizelockingorunlocking(atthistimedrivingnutcan’tdrivedrivingscrewforunlockingattempt),thereforeithelpsrealizethedoorlockingandautomaticswitchbetweendooropening/closingviamotor.

Doorlock:UnpoweredBrake普通工作段Normalworkingsection過渡圓角Transitionalroundangle零升程自鎖段zeroleadself-lockingsection變升程絲桿的螺旋槽分為三段:普通工作段、零升程自鎖段和過渡段。在與門連接的傳動螺母上,有2只滾動銷,滾動銷在絲桿螺旋槽中滾動,在普通工作段螺旋槽中,電動時,絲桿可以驅(qū)動傳動螺母以實現(xiàn)電動開關(guān)門,無電時,傳動螺母可以驅(qū)動絲桿以實現(xiàn)手動開關(guān)門,當(dāng)傳動螺母的滾動銷進(jìn)入絲桿的零升程自鎖段時,僅絲桿能驅(qū)動傳動螺母以實現(xiàn)鎖閉或解鎖,而傳動螺母卻不能驅(qū)動絲桿試圖解鎖,因此實現(xiàn)對門的鎖閉和電機(jī)開/關(guān)門的自動切換。Helixgrooveofdrivingscrewwithvariedleadisdividedinto3sections:oneisthenormalworkingsection,andoneistheself-lockingsectionwhoseleadis0aswellasthetransitionalsectionbetweenthetwosections.Thereare2rollingpinsonthedrivingnutconnectedwiththedoorandthepinscanrollinthehelixgrooveofdrivingscrew.Inthenormalhelixgroove,whenbeingpoweredon,thedrivingscrewcandrivethenuttoachieveelectricalopeningandclosing,whilewhenpoweredoff,thedrivingnutcandrivethedrivingscrewtoachievemanualopeningandclosing.Whentherollingpinsofdrivingnutenterthezeroleadself-lockingsection,thedrivingnutcanonlybedrivenbydrivingscrewtorealizelockingorunlocking(atthistimedrivingnutcan’tdrivedrivingscrewforunlockingattempt),thereforeithelpsrealizethedoorlockingandautomaticswitchbetweendooropening/closingviamotor.
