EscapeTherigontheupperdeckoftheplatformcanbeconsideredaslargeequipment.Thehugerigitselfcanbedividedintothreelayersandwhentheurgencyorotherincidentshappen,thecrewshouldescapethroughtheescaperouteswhichareconnectedtotheescaperoutesontheupperdeckoftheplatform.Oncetheplatformmanagergivesthecommand,the nelshouldgathertothepointofassemblyquicklyandsafety.SeethedrawingsforescaperouteFixedFM200fireextinguishingtheapplicationhistoryofHFC-ea227inSinceitwasfoundthatchlorinefluorinehydrocarbonincludingthehalonextinguishingagentwoulddeterioratethelivingenvironmentbydamagingtheozonosphere,thecountriesconcludedtheMontrealAgreementanddevelopedmanysubstituentstotakeplaceHalonextinguishingagent.Inconsiderationoftheperformancerequirementstothesubstituent,HFC-227eaextinguishingagentshouldbepromotedwidelyforusefromtheeconomyview.HFC-227ea(chemicalnameHFC-227eaandmolecularformulaCH3CHFCF3)issuchkindofgas/vaporwhichcanbeliquefiedbylowpressureforstorage.Thisdesignisfullfloodingtype,whichismainlychemicalextinguishingtypebutwiththeadvantageofgasextinguishers.Thankstoitssafety,thissystemcanbeusedforprotectiontheareascrowdedwithworkers.theextinguishingtheoryofHFC-Higheffectiveness:applyingthe8.3%designedconcentration,itiseffectivetostampouttheelectricalfirecausedbyBandCfireagents.Pollutionfree:itcanbeliquefiedwithlowpressureforstorage;thisdischargedagenthasthecharacteristicsofnon-blobs,notrace,leucoandsmelllessandhasnodamagetotheozonosphere.non-conducting:Withthecharacteristicsofgoodinsulationandcorrosiveblobbingtotheelectricalandelectronicequipment,itissuitabletowetdowntheelectricalfire.Smallstoragespace:withthecharacteristicsofhighcriticaltemperature,lowcriticalpressure,itcanbeliquefiedforstorageunderthemoderatetemperature.Itsprimingdensityissimilartothatofalkylhalide1301,requiringsmallerstorageroom.Lowworkpressureofthepipework:thestoragepressure(2.5MPaor4.2MPa)increasesataratelowerthanthatofalkylhalide1301inthehighesttemperature,thuslessrequirementsforthepipenetworkpressureneedtobemet,whichismoreFM200fireextinguishingsystemcompositionandlayoutontherigTheFM200fireextinguishingsystemisusedforprotecttheengineroom;ThetotaltyofFM200agentispreparedwith100%spares:10bottlesengineroom(5bottlesforuseand5forFM200fireextinguishingsystemconsistsofthreeparts:fireextinguishingcontrolsystem,fireextinguishingsystemandfirealarmsystem,i.e.,firepanel,manualdischargingstation,FM200bottles/cylinders,FM200dischargingmanifold,pipenetworkandnozzles,reliefpressureswitchandaudibleandvisualalarmintheprotectedarea.FM200fireextinguishingsystemoperatingWhenthereisfireintheprotectedarea,thesmokeorheatwillbedetectedbythefiredetectorsetintheprotectedareaandthefirepanelwillsendafiresignal.Afterthefireinconfirmedonthatspot,startthemanualdischargingstationandoperateinthefollowingproceduresthroughthealarmingandfirecontrolsystems:startthelinageequipment(forexample:shutdownthepower,stoptheventilationandclosethewindowanddoor)andme
