statingthedateonwhichtheSubcontractor’sobligationsshall

latestoftheexpirydatesoftheperiodpursuanttoSub-Clause

9.1,orassoonthereafterastheSubcontractorhascompleted

anyoutstandingwork,includingremedyingdefects,testedall

theSubcontractWorks,andfulfilledtheSubcontract,alltothe

satisfactionoftheContractor."履行證書"指總包商所簽發(fā)的證書，其中陳述了分包商義

務(wù)應(yīng)被認(rèn)為履行的日期，最晚在根據(jù)副條款9.1所述的期

間期滿后簽發(fā)，或在其后當(dāng)分包商已完成所有未決工程（包括修復(fù)缺陷），測(cè)試所有分包工程，履行分包合同，

并均使總包商滿意后即刻簽發(fā)。1.1.34“diligent”or“diligently”meanscharacterizedbysteadyattentionandsuccessfuleffort."勤勉"指具備堅(jiān)定的注意力和成功取得的成就的特性。1.1.35“prompt”or“promptly”meansoccurring,acting,orperformed

exactlyatthetimecircumstantiallyrequiredorwithoutdelay

priorityofthedocumentsshallbeinaccordancewiththeorder

(requiresreceiptvalidationbyreceivingParty’sauthorized

Representative),telefacsimileorregisteredmail,andshallnot

beunreasonablywithheldordelayed.TheSubcontractorshall

translatecommunicationoriginatedbya3rdParty(including

Subcontractor’sAgentsand/orServants),whichshallbe

providedpursuanttotheprovisionsoftheSubcontract,intothe
