ChengDu,PRC2003.24.December Thisproject’splanistoprotectandpreservethehistoriccharacteristicsofarea,complimentthelongheritageandcontinuityofthisdistinctivearea’shistory.“HumanFirstisanimportantvalueandconceptofthisplan”aquotefromthedesignprogramwhichweembracedthereforeourconceptismoreforthepeopleofChengDuandtheresidentsofDongDastreet.

基本概念簡(jiǎn)介Muchofourthinkingwashowtotryandplanforthefuture,whatwilltheneedsofacommunityofthissizebe?InplanningforDongDaStreetRenaissancewelinkedourideaswiththesurroundingareasthoughtheywerenotpartofthisprojectdimensions,theyarerelatedtohowthisneighborhoodwillinteract.Asarchitectsanddesignerswethinkaboutpeopleandhowtheyworkandlive,whatmakesthemhappyandwhatkindofcitytheyandwewanttolivein.我們現(xiàn)在的規(guī)劃概念不僅為眼前,也是在為未來(lái)作規(guī)劃-考慮未來(lái)會(huì)需要甚麼、城市的成長(zhǎng)會(huì)是怎麼樣?在復(fù)興東大街的規(guī)劃中,我們把一些儘管不在此項(xiàng)目中的社區(qū)也連結(jié)在一起,就是因?yàn)楦浇拿恳粋€(gè)社區(qū)都牽動(dòng)著區(qū)與區(qū)之間的互動(dòng)。作為建築師和設(shè)計(jì)師,我們時(shí)刻都細(xì)心考慮人們希望怎麼樣工作和生活、怎麼樣才可以得到快樂(lè)、和希望在怎麼樣的城市中生活。designandplanningGoals設(shè)計(jì)與規(guī)劃目標(biāo)EnhanceandincreasetheareastrafficsystemRestore,maintainandenhancetheculturalhistoricareasofthecityGreenbeltconceptpossiblylinkingcommunitiesPlanforincreasedhousing,employmentopportunitiesandcitypublicfacilitiesi.e.schools,hospitals,policeandfireprotectionConsiderinfrastructureimprovementsandincentivestoincreasetourismrevenuesWemuststicktothe“Wholedevelopment”concept,maximizethesocialandeconomicbenefits,andsetcleargoalineachphase.改善與加強(qiáng)地區(qū)交通系統(tǒng)重現(xiàn)、維護(hù)、和加強(qiáng)城市的文化歷史區(qū)用綠化帶將社區(qū)連結(jié)在一起的可能增加住房、工作機(jī)會(huì)、和社會(huì)公共設(shè)施,如學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、警察局、和消防局考慮加強(qiáng)基本設(shè)施,和增加旅遊收入我們會(huì)抱著“整體發(fā)展”的概念宗旨,作到最大的社會(huì)及商業(yè)利益,還有為每一期工程訂立清晰目標(biāo)themephilosophy

Ourconceptmeetsalltheserequirementsbyprovidingforamix-useresidentialcommunitywithacentralgrand-scaleopengreenbeltpark,the“city’snewmeetingplace”openingapedestriancorridorfromtheDaciTempleareatotheFuRiverandbeyond.TheParkwillbearestfulplaceanimportantoasisfromthesurroundingintensedevelopmentandwillbeanodeconnectiontothecitiesgreenbeltplan. 東大街項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃規(guī)章中明確指出“歷史性內(nèi)涵”必須被保留下來(lái)。配合“人為先”的設(shè)計(jì)宗旨、“綠化設(shè)計(jì)”的概念、及“整體發(fā)展”的方法我們建議建設(shè)一個(gè)有大型綠化公園的多用途住宅社區(qū)。這個(gè)公園為行人提供了東北方的一個(gè)風(fēng)景優(yōu)美的景觀長(zhǎng)廊,從大慈寺一直延伸到另一邊的府河。建設(shè)完成後,定將成為一個(gè)新的“城市聚集點(diǎn)”。公園的平靜環(huán)境在週圍快速發(fā)展區(qū)域的包圍下,將更加突顯其重要性。此公園亦會(huì)與城市綠化工程相連。Keymap區(qū)位圖DongDastreetrenaissancesiteplan

東大街工程共分三個(gè)階段,各階段有其獨(dú)特特色。Phasel
第一期neartheexpanded“walkingstreet”andDaciTempletwodifferenttypesofresidentialhousing. weproposealowstory“historictypedesign”residentialwithstreetlevelcommercialcomplimentingtheadjacentwalkingstreetarchitecture.Inadditionwillbeamulti-mixcontemporarydesignresidential/shopping/commercialneighborhoodcomplexwithanintegratedplanofmidtohighrisebuildingsfacingthepark.Muchofthisareawillbedesignedasaninfrastructureforthelocalcommunitywithrestaurantsandcafesoverlookingthepark.
在西端,與購(gòu)物街及酒店區(qū)相近處,建設(shè)兩種不同的住宅房屋。在東大街北端,我們建議蓋“懷古風(fēng)格”設(shè)計(jì)的住宅區(qū),以矮層建築配合新的購(gòu)物街。
