淺針結(jié)合推拿掃散法治療肝陽(yáng)上亢型偏頭痛的臨床療效觀察摘要:

目的:觀察淺針結(jié)合推拿掃散法治療肝陽(yáng)上亢型偏頭痛的臨床療效。

方法:選取2019年1月至2020年12月收治的70例肝陽(yáng)上亢型偏頭痛患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組35例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)針灸治療,治療組采用淺針結(jié)合推拿掃散法治療。比較兩組治療前后頭痛頻次、頭痛程度、臨床癥狀等指標(biāo)。

結(jié)果:治療組治療后頭痛頻次、頭痛程度、臨床癥狀指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05),治療總有效率達(dá)到94.3%,對(duì)照組治療總有效率為77.1%。治療組患者的總體滿(mǎn)意度明顯高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。

結(jié)論:淺針結(jié)合推拿掃散法治療肝陽(yáng)上亢型偏頭痛療效顯著,能夠顯著減少頭痛頻次、緩解頭痛程度和改善患者臨床癥狀,且安全性較高,值得推廣使用。

Abstract:

Objective:Toobservetheclinicalefficacyofshallowneedlingcombinedwithmassagescatteringmethodintreatingliveryanghyperactivitymigraine.

Methods:FromJanuary2019toDecember2020,atotalof70patientswithliveryanghyperactivitymigrainewereselectedandrandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup,with35casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithroutineacupuncture,whilethetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithshallowneedlingcombinedwithmassagescatteringmethod.Thefrequencyandseverityofheadachesandclinicalsymptomswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandaftertreatment.

Results:Aftertreatment,thefrequencyandseverityofheadachesandclinicalsymptomindexesinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05),andthetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentreached94.3%,whilethatofthecontrolgroupwas77.1%.Theoverallsatisfactionrateofthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).

Conclusion:Shallowneedlingcombinedwithmassagescatteringmethodhassignificantefficacyintreatingliveryanghyperactivitymigraine,cansignificantlyreducethefrequencyofheadaches,alleviatetheseverityofheadaches,andimprovetheclinicalsymptomsofpatients,withhighsafety,andisworthpromotingandusing.

Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedtheclinicalefficacyofshallowneedlingcombinedwithmassagescatteringmethodinthetreatmentofliveryanghyperactivitymigraine.Ourresultsshowthatpatientswhoreceivedshallowneedlingcombinedwithmassagescatteringmethodexperiencedasignificantreductioninthefrequencyandseverityofheadachescomparedtothoseinthecontrolgroup.Additionally,therewasasignificantimprovementintheclinicalsymptomsofpatientswhoreceivedthetreatment.

ThescatteringmethodisakeycomponentofTCM,whichinvolvesbreakingupblockagesandpromotingcirculationofthebody'svitalenergy(Qi).Theuseofshallowneedlingincombinationwiththismethodprovedtobeeffectiveinthetreatmentofliveryanghyperactivitymigraine.

Ourfindingssuggestthatshallowneedlingcombinedwithmassagescatteringmethodisasafeandeffectivetreatmentoptionforliveryanghyperactivitymigraine.ThistherapyisworthyofpromotionandfurtherstudyinthefutureInadditiontothetreatmentofliveryanghyperactivitymigraine,TCMhasbeenusedforcenturiestotreatawiderangeofhealthconditions.OneofthekeyprinciplesofTCMistheconceptofbalanceandharmonybetweenthebody,mind,andenvironment.Therefore,TCMtreatmentsfocusonaddressingtheunderlyingimbalancesthatleadtohealthconditions.

AcupunctureisapopularTCMmodalitythatinvolvestheinsertionoffineneedlesintospecificpointsonthebody.ItisbelievedtostimulatetheflowofQi,whichhelpstorestorebalanceandpromotehealing.Whileacupuncturehasbeenwidelystudiedforthetreatmentofpain,itisalsocommonlyusedforconditionssuchasanxiety,insomnia,anddigestiveissues.

HerbalmedicineisanotherintegralpartofTCM.ChineseherbsareprescribedbasedonaTCMdiagnosis,whichtakesintoaccounttheindividual'sconstitution,symptoms,andoverallhealth.Manyherbshavebeenstudiedfortheirtherapeuticbenefits,andsomehavebeenfoundtobeeffectiveforconditionssuchashypertension,diabetes,anddepression.

TCMalsoincludestechniquessuchascupping,moxibustion,andguasha.Cuppinginvolvescreatingsuctionontheskinusingspecializedcups,whichisthoughttopromotebloodflowandrelievemuscletension.Moxibustioninvolvestheburningofdriedmugworttostimulateacupuncturepoints,whileguashainvolvestheuseofasmoothtooltoscrapetheskinandstimulatecirculation.

WhileTCMhasbeenlargelyacceptedinAsia,itsusehasbeenmetwithsomeskepticismintheWest.However,asresearchcontinuestodemonstratetheeffectivenessandsafetyofTCMtechniques,morepeopleareturningtoitasacomplementaryoralternativeapproachtoconventionalmedicine.TheintegrationofTCMintohealthcaresystemsisalsogainingmomentum,withsomehospitalsandclinicsofferingTCMservicesalongsideconventionaltreatments.

Inconclusion,TCMoffersauniqueapproachtohealthcarethatfocusesonrestoringbalanceandpromotinghealing.Itstechniques,suchasacupunctureandherbalmedicine,havebeenusedsuccessfullyforcenturiestotreatawiderangeofhealthconditions.Withcontinuedresearchandintegrationintomainstreamhealthcare,TCMhasthepotentialtoplayanevengreaterroleinpromotinghealthandwell-beingforindividualsaroundtheworldTCMnotonlyfocusesonthephysicalaspectsofhealth,butalsoencompassesmental,emotional,andspiritualwell-being.InTCM,emotionsareseenasanintegralpartofoverallhealth,andimbalancesinemotionscanleadtophysicalailments.Forexample,angerisbelievedtoaffecttheliver,whileworryaffectsthespleen.Therefore,TCMincorporatesmethodssuchasacupuncture,herbalmedicine,andmeditationtoregulateemotionsandpromotebalanceinthebody.

Furthermore,TCMalsoemphasizestheimportanceofpreventivehealthcare.Ratherthansolelyaddressingsymptomsofillhealth,TCMseekstomaintainbalanceinthebodytopreventillnessfromoccurringinthefirstplace.Thisinvolveslifestylemodificationssuchasdietandexercise,aswellasmentalandemotionalpracticestoreducestressandpromoterelaxation.

OneofthecriticismsofTCMisthebeliefthatitsconceptsdonotalignwithmodernscientificunderstanding.However,researchhasshownthatmanyTCMpracticeshavescientificbasisandareeffectiveintreatingcertainhealthconditions.Forexample,acupuncturehasbeenshowntostimulatecertainneurochemicalsthatpromotehealingandregulatepain.Additionally,herbalmedicineshavebeenshowntohaveanti-inflammatoryandanti-oxidativeeffects,andmaybeeffectiveintreatingcertaintypesofcancer.

WhilethereisstillaneedformoreresearchtofullyunderstandthemechanismsbehindTCMpractices,itisclearthatTCMisavalidandeffectiveapproachtohealthcare.Itsfocusonrestoringbalanceandpreventingillness,aswellasitsuseofnaturalandholisticpractices,
