安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群顱頜面部的三維頭影測量摘要:目的:本文旨在對安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群的顱頜面部進行三維頭影測量,以期提供該地區(qū)口腔領(lǐng)域的基礎數(shù)據(jù)和參考。

方法:選取100名安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群中的50名男性和50名女性,通過三維頭影測量系統(tǒng)對其顱頜面部進行測量,獲得各項數(shù)據(jù),并對結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計分析。

結(jié)果:經(jīng)過測量和統(tǒng)計分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群頭顱各項數(shù)據(jù)與全球平均值相近,但顳骨凸度指數(shù)略高于平均值。同時,男性與女性在一些測量指標上存在明顯差異,如垂直面夾角和上牙弓高度等。

結(jié)論:安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群的顱頜面部三維頭影測量結(jié)果為常數(shù),但同全球平均值相比,顳骨凸度指數(shù)略高,可為該地區(qū)口腔領(lǐng)域提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。

Abstract:Objective:Thispaperaimstoconductthree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementsonthecraniofacialregionofnormal(occlusion)populationsinAnhuiregion,inordertoprovidebasicdataandreferencefortheoralfieldofthisregion.

Method:Fiftymalesandfiftyfemaleswereselectedfromthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregion,andtheircraniofacialregionsweremeasuredwithathree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementsystem.Variousdatawereobtained,andtheresultswerestatisticallyanalyzed.

Result:Aftermeasurementandstatisticalanalysis,itwasfoundthatthecraniofacialmeasurementsofthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregionweresimilartotheglobalaverage,butthetemporalboneconvexityindexwasslightlyhigherthantheaverage.Meanwhile,thereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenmalesandfemalesinsomemeasurementindicators,suchastheverticalplaneangleandtheupperdentalarchheight.

Conclusion:Thethree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementresultsofthecraniofacialregionofthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregionareconstants,butthetemporalboneconvexityindexisslightlyhigherthantheglobalaverage,whichcanprovidereferencedatafortheoralfieldofthisregion.

ThestudyfoundthattheverticalplaneangleinthecraniofacialregionofthenormalpopulationinAnhuiregionissimilartothatofotherpopulationsaroundtheworld,indicatingthattheverticaldimensionofthefaceisrelativelyconstantacrossdifferentethnicgroups.However,thetemporalboneconvexityindex,whichisameasureoftheprotrusionofthetemporalbone,wasslightlyhigherintheAnhuipopulationthantheglobalaverage.ThisfindingsuggeststhattheAnhuipopulationmayhaveamoreprominenttemporalbone,whichmayhaveimplicationsfortreatmentplanninginorthodontics.

Inaddition,theupperdentalarchheightwasalsomeasuredinthisstudy.TheresultsshowedthattheupperdentalarchheightinthenormalpopulationinAnhuiregionisconsistentwiththeglobalaverage.Thisfindingsuggeststhattheupperdentalarchheightisrelativelyconstantacrossdifferentethnicgroups,whichisimportantforachievingoptimaldentalocclusionandfunction.
