Abstract:ThisarticleaimstoexploretheefficacyofthetreatmentofosteoarthritiswiththeOsteoarthritisIformulaanditseffectsontheproliferationofchondrocytes,geneexpressionofapoptosisandresistancetodamage.Throughresearch,itwasfoundthattheOsteoarthritisIformulacansignificantlyalleviatethesymptomsofjointpain,swelling,andmovementdysfunctioninpatientswithosteoarthritis,andhasgoodsafetyandtolerance.Inaddition,theOsteoarthritisIformulacanalsosignificantlypromotetheproliferationofchondrocytes,inhibitapoptosis,andreducetheprogressivedegenerationofjointcartilage.Additionally,theOsteoarthritisIformulacanenhancetheanti-injuryabilityofchondrocytes,reducethedamagecausedbyoxidativestressinjurytochondrocytes.Therefore,theOsteoarthritisIformulahasgoodclinicalapplicationprospectsandcanbeusedasoneoftheeffectivetreatmentoptionsforosteoarthritis.
