農(nóng)村老年群體的數(shù)字接受困境及對策研究——以桂林市恭城瑤族自治縣為例摘要:農(nóng)村老年群體的數(shù)字接受困境已經(jīng)成為當前社會發(fā)展面臨的重要問題之一。本文以桂林市恭城瑤族自治縣為例,深入探究了該地區(qū)農(nóng)村老年群體在數(shù)字接受方面存在的困境,分析了影響其數(shù)字接受的內(nèi)外部因素,探討了面對數(shù)字接受困境所應(yīng)采取的針對性措施。

通過文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法的運用,結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)村老年群體數(shù)字接受困境主要表現(xiàn)在計算機技能不足、缺乏學(xué)習(xí)意愿和信心、缺少網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備和網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源等方面;個人特征、社會環(huán)境和數(shù)字技術(shù)的可用性、可訪問性等因素是影響農(nóng)村老年群體數(shù)字接受的內(nèi)外部因素。

針對農(nóng)村老年群體數(shù)字接受困境,應(yīng)抓住其需求特點和生活方式,采取相應(yīng)的措施:加強培訓(xùn)、提高老年人的學(xué)習(xí)信心和興趣、提供更便捷的數(shù)字化服務(wù)等,應(yīng)同時積極推動數(shù)字技術(shù)在農(nóng)村老年人生活中的應(yīng)用,拓展其社交圈和生活空間。

Abstract:Thedigitalacceptancesituationoftheruralelderlygrouphasbecomeoneoftheimportantproblemsfacingthecurrentsocialdevelopment.ThispapertakesGongchengYaoAutonomousCountyinGuilinCityasanexampletoexplorethedifficultiesfacedbytheruralelderlygroupindigitalacceptance,analyzetheinternalandexternalfactorsaffectingtheirdigitalacceptance,anddiscusstargetedmeasurestodealwiththedigitalacceptancedifficulties.

Throughtheapplicationofliteraturereview,questionnairesurveyandinterviewmethods,theresultsshowthatthedifficultiesoftheruralelderlygroupindigitalacceptancemainlylieinthelackofcomputerskills,lackoflearningwillingnessandconfidence,andlackofnetworkequipmentandresources.Personalcharacteristics,socialenvironment,availabilityandaccessibilityofdigitaltechnologyareinternalandexternalfactorsaffectingthedigitalacceptanceofruralelderlypeople.

Inresponsetothedigitalacceptancedifficultiesoftheruralelderlygroup,correspondingmeasuresshouldbetakentograsptheirdemandcharacteristicsandlifestyle,suchasstrengtheningtraining,improvingthelearningconfidenceandinterestoftheelderly,andprovidingmoreconvenientdigitalservices.Atthesametime,theapplicationofdigitaltechnologyinthelivesofruralelderlypeopleshouldbeactivelypromoted,andtheirsocialcirclesandlivingspacesshouldbeexpanded.

Externally,theavailabilityandaccessibilityoftechnologyisamajorfactor.Ruralareasmayhavelimitedaccesstointernetandtechnologyinfrastructure,whichcanlimittheabilityofelderlyindividualstolearnandutilizedigitaltools.Additionally,theremaybealackoftrainingandsupportavailabletoelderlyindividuals,whichcanmakeitdifficultforthemtolearnandadapttonewtechnology.

Toaddressthesechallenges,arangeofcountermeasurescanbeemployed.Strengtheningtrainingprogramsthatfocusontheneedsandcharacteristicsofolderindividualscanhelptoincreasetheirconfidenceandinterestinusingdigitaltechnology.Providingmoreconvenientdigitalservicesandexpandingtheavailabilityoftechnologyinruralareascanalsohelptoremovebarrierstoaccess.

Inconclusion,ruralelderlyindividualsfaceseveralchallengesinadoptingdigitaltechnology,whichcouldleadtosocial,economicandhealthdisparities.Itisessentialtoaddressthesechallengesthroughaholisticapproachthattakesintoaccounttheinternalandexternalbarrierstodigitaltechnologyadoption.Governments,non-profitorganizations,anddigitalserviceprovidersmustcollaboratetoprovidetailoreddigitaltraining,affordableaccesstodigitalinfrastructure,andprioritizetheprivacyandsecurityofelderlyindividuals’personalinformation.Throughtheseinterventions,itispossibletomakedigitaltechnologymoreaccessibleanduser-friendlyforruralelderlyindividuals,ensuringthattheycancontinuetoparticipateinthedigitaleconomyandimprovetheirqualityoflifeMoreover,anotherchallengefacedbyelderlyindividualslivinginruralareasisaccessingadequatehealthcareservices.Manyruralareaslackaccesstohospitalsandprimarycarefacilities,leavingelderlyindividualswithlimitedoptionsforreceivingmedicalattention.Toaddressthisissue,governmentsandnon-profitorganizationsmustinvestinexpandingtelemedicineservices,offeringin-homecareoptions,andprovidingtransportationservicesformedicalappointments.

Telemedicineenablesdoctorstoprovideremoteconsultation,diagnosis,andtreatmenttopatientsthroughvideoconferencingtechnology.Itcanbeanexcellentsolutionforelderlyindividualswhomaynotbeabletotraveltoahealthcarefacility.Moreover,in-homecareoptionscanprovideelderlyindividualswiththenecessarymedicalattentionfromthecomfortoftheirhome.Theseservicescouldrangefromregularcheck-upstomorecomplexmedicalprocedures,ensuringthatelderlyindividualsreceivetimelytreatmentandcare.
