摘要：隨著人類壽命的延長，老齡化問題逐漸成為全球性難題。眼周皮膚松弛及眼瞼凹陷是年老化過程中嚴重影響顏面美觀的問題之一。本研究旨在探討經(jīng)眉下切口SMAS松解懸吊聯(lián)合復合組織塊填充技術(shù)對改善上瞼皮膚松弛并上瞼凹陷的療效。共治療了120位患者，其中男性60例，女性60例，年齡范圍56-78歲。治療前后使用Ultrason圖像儀觀察并記錄了每個病人的心理狀況、生理指標及面部圖片并給出主觀評價。結(jié)果表明，經(jīng)眉下切口SMAS松解懸吊聯(lián)合復合組織塊填充技術(shù)對改善上瞼皮膚松弛并上瞼凹陷有極好的療效，治愈率達92%。

Introduction:Withtheextensionofhumanlifespan,aginghasgraduallybecomeaglobalproblem.Thesaggingoftheskinaroundtheeyesandthedepressionoftheeyelidsareoneoftheseriousproblemsaffectingfacialbeautyduringtheagingprocess.Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheefficacyofthetechniqueoftheeyebrowapproachwithsub-zygomaticarchSMASsuspensionwithcompositetissueblockfillingintheimprovementofuppereyelidskinsagginganduppereyeliddepression.120patientsweretreated,including60malesand60females,ranginginagefrom56to78yearsold.Beforeandaftertreatment,Ultrasonimagingwasusedtoobserveandrecordthepsychologicalstatus,physiologicalindicators,andfacialimagesofeachpatient,andasubjectiveevaluationwasgiven.Theresultsshowedthatthetechniqueoftheeyebrowapproachwithsub-zygomaticarchSMASsuspensionwithcompositetissueblockfillingwaseffectiveinimprovinguppereyelidskinsagginganduppereyeliddepression,withacurerateof92%.
