Allwascalm.

ThenJacksawsomethingoutthecornerofhiseye.

Adarkfinwaszigzaggingthroughthewater.Itwasheadingtowardthem.

Jackwantedtosplash.Hewantedtoyell.Butheremembered:calm.

IbetternottellAnnie,hethought.She'llstaycalmerifshedoesn'tknow.
