第三課時語法知識詞法(2)四、介詞1、一種虛詞。不能單獨作句子成分,它只有跟它后面的賓語一起構(gòu)成介詞短語,才能在句子中起作用。有:in,on,at,under,with,behind,about,near,before,after,for,to,up,down,from,infrontof,from…to…,of1、in

小學(xué)教師培養(yǎng)工作總結(jié)一年來,我校在上級部門的指導(dǎo)下,積極開展教師教育教學(xué)能力的提高培訓(xùn)工作,有效提高了教師的各種教育教學(xué)實際能力,為我校取得良好的辦學(xué)成效起了重要的作用?;仡櫸覀兊墓ぷ鳎饕邢旅鎺c做法和體會:一、制定計劃,常抓不懈這一學(xué)年雖然新來教師不多只有湯毛毛一位老師,但是我們還是很重視對她的成長。為了使她能盡快進入教師角色,更好地促進她的專業(yè)成長,我校采取了以下措施:1、以老帶新,促其成長。每一位新教師到我校后,學(xué)校都會指派一位有經(jīng)驗的老教師來帶,目的是通過一對一的言傳身教,使青年教師迅速地掌握實際教學(xué)能力,適應(yīng)我校教學(xué)工作的開展。2、抓骨干,促提高。骨干教師是學(xué)校教學(xué)工作的中堅力量,是學(xué)校教學(xué)工作開展的領(lǐng)頭人。骨干教師的質(zhì)量和數(shù)量,直接關(guān)系到我校教師隊伍的整體水平,決定了學(xué)校教育的質(zhì)量。抓好骨干教師的培養(yǎng)工作,就是抓好了全校通過對骨干教師的聽課、評課、匯報,他們在思想上受到了一次深刻的觸動。他們說:老本不能吃,繼續(xù)往前走,不然就成了枯干的教
