DoyouknowwherePNGis?Pre-reading巴布亞在馬來語中意為“卷發(fā)人”。16世紀(jì)中葉,葡萄牙人來到該島時(shí),見當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窈妥匀痪坝^很像非洲的幾內(nèi)亞,故稱之為新幾內(nèi)亞。紅色象征剽悍、勇敢;極樂鳥亦稱天堂鳥,是巴布亞新幾內(nèi)亞特有的鳥,象征國家、民族獨(dú)立和自由與幸福;黑色代表國家領(lǐng)土處于“黑人群島”之中;五顆星的排列位置象征南十字星座(南天小星座之一,星座雖小,但明亮的星很多),表明該國地處南半球。NationalFlag巴布亞在馬來語中意為“卷發(fā)人”。16世紀(jì)中葉,葡萄牙人來到該島時(shí),見當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窈妥匀痪坝^很像非洲的幾內(nèi)亞,故稱之為新幾內(nèi)亞。圖案為一只極樂鳥停歇在兩只皮鼓和一支長矛上。極樂鳥為國鳥,寓意同國旗;皮鼓和長矛象征該國的傳統(tǒng)文化。下方的文字為“巴布亞新幾內(nèi)亞”。NationalEmblem首都:莫爾茲比港PortMoresby
