強(qiáng)度減小,評價范圍內(nèi)工頻電場強(qiáng)度均小于4000V/m。在相同參數(shù)下,評價范圍內(nèi)距地面1.5m處,線路產(chǎn)生的最大工頻磁場強(qiáng)度1.769635201μT(位于線路中心線-4m處),小于磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度100μT。電磁環(huán)境影響評價綜合結(jié)論通過類比分析預(yù)測,本工程110kV升壓站建成投運后產(chǎn)生的工頻電場、工頻磁場能夠分別滿足《電磁環(huán)境控制限值》(GB8702-2014)4000V/m、100μT的公眾曝露控制限值。通過理論模式預(yù)測,本工程110kV輸出線路下方及附近區(qū)域的電磁環(huán)境影響能夠滿足相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值要求。電磁環(huán)境保護(hù)措施為盡可能減小本項目輸電線路對周邊電磁環(huán)境的影響,本評價提出以下電磁環(huán)境保護(hù)措施:1、在施工階段,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化線路路徑,對沿線居民點進(jìn)行合理避讓。2、線路需嚴(yán)格按照《110kV~750kV架空輸電線路設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB50545-2010)不低于本報告預(yù)測的最低高度進(jìn)行設(shè)計施工。3、施工時發(fā)現(xiàn)本線路下方有新建線路和其他建筑物時,要實測其線路和構(gòu)筑物高度、交叉角度,跨越最小距離(折算到最高氣溫)要滿足規(guī)程的要求,并及時通知建設(shè)單位和設(shè)計單位。4、施工過程中產(chǎn)生的電纜孔洞應(yīng)加裝防火封堵,受損的防火設(shè)施應(yīng)及時恢復(fù),并由運維部門驗收。電纜敷設(shè)完畢后,電纜出入隧道處均應(yīng)實施阻火防水封堵。電纜防火阻燃材料技術(shù)參數(shù)應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《防火封堵材料的性能要求和試驗方法GA161》的有關(guān)規(guī)定。5、電纜固定:電纜夾層內(nèi)水平敷設(shè)時的電纜,直線段固定點間距6米,且在電纜的首末兩端及轉(zhuǎn)彎處均應(yīng)予以固定;垂直敷設(shè)或超過45゜傾斜敷設(shè)的電纜,應(yīng)在每個支架上予以固定;電纜在斜坡敷設(shè)時,視坡度情況在高位適當(dāng)增加固定點。6、直埋電纜周圍泥土中,不應(yīng)含有腐蝕電纜的物質(zhì)。直埋電纜外皮至地面深度,不得小于0.7m;當(dāng)位于車行道時,應(yīng)適當(dāng)加深,且不宜小于1m。直埋敷設(shè)的電纜,嚴(yán)禁將電纜平行敷設(shè)于其他管道的正上方或下方。7、固定電纜用的夾具、扎帶、捆繩和支托件,應(yīng)具表面光滑、便于安裝、足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和適合使用環(huán)境的耐久性。電纜扎帶選擇與應(yīng)用、技術(shù)要求、試驗方法等應(yīng)符合《電纜扎帶設(shè)計技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DLGJ129—96》的規(guī)定。8、電纜附件中金屬層的接地方法應(yīng)符合《電力設(shè)備預(yù)防性試驗規(guī)程DL/T596-1996》的規(guī)定(特別注意110kV電纜終端的鎧裝層和銅屏蔽
