Today,althoughthelastdayoftraining,butthemoodwasliketheweatheratthistime,happinessandhappinessintherisingtemperature.Todayslectureisstillveryexciting,todaysharvestthemostshocking.Iwillremembertheseshock:
1.Evaluationisnotsimplytoassesshowmuchknowledgestudentshave,rememberhowmuchknowledge,buttoevaluatewhatcanbedonewiththisknowledgeandintheprocessoflearningknowledge,emotions,learningstrategiessuchaschangesandimprovements.
2.Thenewcurriculumemphasizesthatevaluationshouldbecombinedwithformativeandfinalevaluationtoincreasethedimensionofevaluation,notonlypayattentiontothelearningprocess,butalsopayattentiontolearningresults,andstrivetoreflectthecurriculumcontentpeople-orientedcoreidea
Intheevaluation,weshouldrespecttheneedsofstudentsandthelawofphysicalandmentaldevelopment,respectthestudentsemotions,payattentiontomobilizetheenthusiasmofstudents,onthebasisofresearch,design,implementationevaluation.Thisisthedeepmeaningofthestudentbody.
Weshouldtakeintoaccounttheage,psychologicalcharacteristicsandcognitivelevelofstudentsaccordingtothecharacteristicsofeachstageofteachingandevaluationpurposes,choosereasonableanddiverseevaluationmethodssuchasself-evaluation,peerevaluation,parentalevaluation,teacherevaluation,etc.Formativeandsummativeevaluation.
