造紙工業(yè)所用的廢紙知識點梳理胡總

廢紙的分類，對廢紙的收集、處理有直接的影響。廢紙的來源不同，其纖維種類、成分及性能等差異很大。對廢紙進行分類，可以達到分級使用、物盡其用的目的。

廢紙的分類一般按廢紙的來源和廢紙纖維的種類來劃分，但世界各國廢紙分類的方法和標準有較大的差異。目前我國造紙工業(yè)所用的廢紙分為兩大類。一類是國內(nèi)廢紙。主要有舊瓦楞紙箱、書刊雜志紙、舊報紙、紙箱廠的邊角料、印刷廠的白紙切邊、水泥袋、混合廢紙及雜廢紙等。國內(nèi)廢紙還沒有全國統(tǒng)一的質(zhì)量標準，目前正在制訂之中。另一類是進口廢紙。主要有美國廢紙、歐洲廢紙及日本廢紙，華南沿海部分紙廠使用一些香港廢紙。

(一)國外廢紙的分類

聯(lián)合國糧農(nóng)組織按廢紙用途將廢紙分為四大類：新聞紙和書籍廢紙、紙板箱廢紙、高質(zhì)量廢紙及其它廢紙。

日本將廢紙分為9類：上等白紙卡紙、特白中白馬尼拉紙、有

色道林紙、證券紙、牛皮紙、報紙、雜志紙、瓦楞箱板和硬紙板。

英國將廢紙分為11類；不含機械漿的白色未印刷廢紙、不含

機械漿的白色已印刷廢紙、含機械漿的白色和輕度印刷廢紙、不含機械漿的有色廢紙、含機械漿的重度印刷廢紙、有色牛皮紙和馬尼拉紙、新的牛皮掛面紙板、容器廢紙、混合廢紙、有色卡紙和含雜質(zhì)廢紙。

德國將廢紙分為低級、中級．高級和保強廢紙四大類。后者包括用過的防水或不防水的牛皮紙袋，用過或未用過的純硫酸鹽漿紙、舊瓦楞箱紙等。

美國將廢紙分為三大類：紙漿代用品、可凈化的廢紙和普通廢紙。紙漿代用品指白紙與白紙的切邊，這類廢紙經(jīng)打散成纖維后不作進一步處理即可作為成漿使用。可凈化的廢紙經(jīng)脫除印刷油墨后即可成漿使用。普通廢紙包括舊報紙、舊瓦楞紙箱和混合廢紙等。另一更細的分類法是將廢紙分為47種，另列特殊等級7種，并頒布了《廢紙原料標準》，使每個類別的廢紙均有明確的質(zhì)量標準。我國進口美國廢紙較多的品種有舊瓦楞箱紙板(AOCC)、舊報紙（ONP)、舊雜志紙(OMP)，另有少量紙的切邊(DLK)、混合邊廢紙(MOW)、分選白賬簿紙(SWL)、分選色賬簿紙(SCL)、計算機打印文件紙(CPO)及雙面牛皮箱紙板邊角料(NDLK)等。

美國廢紙標準和歐洲廢紙標準對廢紙的分類標號有所不同。這里以美國廢紙標準分類號為基準介紹幾種常見進口廢紙。

(1)№3廢紙(SuperMixedPaper)

又稱高級廢雜紙。經(jīng)過

挑選的不同質(zhì)量的廢雜紙混合組成，打包供貨。此類廢紙的雜物含量不超過o5％，不合格廢紙總量不超過3％。

(2)№6廢紙(News)

又稱舊報紙。廢舊報紙打包供貨。其

它紙張含量不超過5%，雜物含量不超過0.5%，不合格廢紙總量

不超過2％。

(3)№8廢紙(SpecialNewsDe-inkQuality)脫墨用舊報紙。

經(jīng)挑選不受潮的廢報紙打包供貨。此類舊報紙沒有受太陽光的曝

曬，不含雜志、空白紙張、印刷廠過期報刊和其它廢雜紙，其凹印和彩色部分不超過正常數(shù)量，不能用其它紙張包裝，不允許混有雜物，不合格廢紙總量不超過O25％。

(4)№9廢紙(Over-IssueNews)

發(fā)行過剩報紙。報紙發(fā)行

過剩部分打包或捆狀供貨。凹印和彩印部分不超過正常數(shù)量，不允許雜物和不合格廢紙混人。

(5)№10廢紙(Magazines)

舊雜志紙。舊雜志、目錄或同

類印刷品打包供貨。雜物不得超過1％，不合格廢紙總量不得超過

3％。

(6)№11廢紙(CorrugatedContainers)

又稱舊瓦楞紙箱。其面層為仿箱板紙漿、麻漿或牛皮木裝，打包供貨。雜物不超過

1％，不合格廢紙總量不超過5％。

(7)№13廢紙(NewsDouble-LinedKraftCorrugatedCuttings)雙掛面牛皮瓦楞紙新邊角料。瓦楞紙邊角料，其掛面層為麻漿或牛皮漿或仿箱板紙漿，其芯層或面層均應(yīng)未經(jīng)表面處理，打包供貨。不允許有雜物混人，不合格廢紙總量不得超過l%。來源于美國、西歐的廢物回收公司從民間收集的舊瓦楞紙箱及紙箱廠產(chǎn)生的紙箱邊角料，經(jīng)分類、整理、打包出口。美廢標準
