“積極參與”老齡化視角下社會工作介入城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的路徑研究——基于對沈陽市K社區(qū)的調(diào)查摘要隨著我國老齡化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)，城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求日益增加。社會工作作為一種專業(yè)化的介入方式，其介入城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為越來越重要的途徑。因此，如何發(fā)揮社會工作的作用，推動城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的發(fā)展，是當(dāng)前亟待解決的問題。本文以沈陽市K社區(qū)為研究對象，從“積極參與”老齡化視角出發(fā)，探討社會工作介入城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的路徑。本文采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談兩種方式進(jìn)行研究，對社會工作者、老年人和社區(qū)居民進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和訪談。通過數(shù)據(jù)分析和案例研究，總結(jié)出以下幾點(diǎn)研究結(jié)論：一、城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求日益增加在K社區(qū)調(diào)查中，大部分老年人和社區(qū)居民對城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求非常強(qiáng)烈，他們希望能夠得到更多的幫助和關(guān)注。同時，社會工作者也認(rèn)為城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)是一項(xiàng)重要工作。二、社會工作介入城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的方式多樣社會工作介入城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的方式多樣，主要包括制定服務(wù)計(jì)劃、組織社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)活動、提供社會支持、提高社區(qū)居民養(yǎng)老意識、提供咨詢服務(wù)等。三、社會工作介入城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的效果顯著在K社區(qū)中，社會工作的介入使老年人和社區(qū)居民的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)得到了極大的提升，他們的生活質(zhì)量得到了明顯的改善。同時，社會工作者也認(rèn)為自己的工作得到了肯定和支持。綜上所述，社會工作介入城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)是十分重要的。本文建議加強(qiáng)社會工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，提高社會工作者的專業(yè)素質(zhì)；加強(qiáng)社會工作與政府、社區(qū)居民、老年人等各方面的合作與聯(lián)系，形成多方支持的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)模式；加強(qiáng)城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)宣傳和推廣，提高老年人和社區(qū)居民對城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的認(rèn)知和參與度。關(guān)鍵詞：積極參與；老齡化；城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)；社會工作；路徑研究ABSTRACTWiththecontinuousprogressofChina’sagingprocess,thedemandforurbancommunityeldercareservicesisincreasing.Socialwork,asaspecializedinterventionmethod,hasbecomeanincreasinglyimportantwaytointerveneinurbancommunityeldercareservices.Therefore,howtoplaytheroleofsocialworkandpromotethedevelopmentofurbancommunityeldercareservicesisaproblemthatneedstobesolvedurgently.ThisthesistakestheKcommunityinShenyangCityastheresearchobject,startingfromthe“positiveparticipation”perspectiveofaging,andexploresthepathofsocialworkinterventioninurbancommunityeldercareservices.Thisthesisadoptstworesearchmethods:questionnairesurveyandinterviews,andinvestigatesandinterviewssocialworkers,elderlypeople,andcommunityresidents.Throughdataanalysisandcasestudies,thefollowingresearchconclusionsaresummarized:First,thedemandforurbancommunityeldercareservicesisincreasing.IntheKcommunitysurvey,mostelderlypeopleandcommunityresidentshaveastrongdemandforurbancommunityeldercareservices,andtheyhopetogetmorehelpandattention.Atthesametime,socialworkersalsobelievethaturbancommunityeldercareservicesareanimportantjob.Second,socialworkinterventioninurbancommunityeldercareserviceshasdiverseways.Thewaysofsocialworkinterventioninurbancommunityeldercareservicesarediverse,mainlyincludingformulatingserviceplans,organizingcommunityeldercareserviceactivities,providingsocialsupport,improvingtheawarenessofcommunityresidents’eldercare,andprovidingconsultationservices.Third,socialworkinterventioninurbancommunityeldercareserviceshassignificanteffects.IntheKcommunity,theinterventionofsocialworkgreatlyimprovestheeldercareservicesofelderlypeopleandcommunityresidents,andtheirqualityoflifehasbeensignificantlyimproved.Atthesametime,socialworkersalsobelievethattheirworkhasbeenrecognizedandsupported.Inconclusion,socialworkinterventioninurbancommunityeldercareservicesisveryimportant.Thisthesisproposestostrengthentheconstructionofthesocialworkteamandimprovesocialworkers’professionalquality;strengthenthecooperationandcontactbetweensocialworkandgovernments,communityresidents,elderlypeopleandotherparties,andformamulti-partysupporteldercareservicemodel;strengthenthepromotionandpromotionofurbancommunityeldercareservices,andimproveelderlypeopleandcommunityresidents’
