(CMTCC)andothercompaniesaccordingtotherequirementsofDocumentJIANBIAO[2005]No.

2005.Theprevisionactivityis
organizedbyChinaMetallurgicalConstructionAssociation(CMCA).
Duringprevisionofthecode,theprevisiongrouphavelearnedandinvestigatedthelawand
regulationsofChina,summarizedyearsoferectionexperienceofsinteringequipment,withdifferent
companyandexpertsconsulted.
Thiscodeconsistsof13chapters:generalprovisions,basicrequirement,equipmentfoundation,
anchorboltandshimplate,equipmentandmaterialinsite,installationforrawmaterialandmixture
equipment,installationforsinteringequipment,installationforcircularcooler,installationfor
straightcooler,installationformainexhaustingequipment,installationforElectrostatic

Thiscodeispreparedwithaviewtostrengthenqualitymanagementforinstallationof
sinteringmechanicalequipment,touniformacceptancestandardsforinstallationofsintering
mechanicalequipment,soastoensureprojectquality.

Thiscodeisapplicabletoengineeringinstallationacceptanceofstraightsinteringequipmentand
itsmainauxiliarymechanicalequipment.

Requirementsoninstallationqualitystipulatedinadoptedengineeringtechnologydocumentsand
incontractforengineeringinstallationofsinteringmechanicalequipmentshallbestricterthanthe
requirementsinthiscode.

Forthepurposeoftheacceptanceofqualityofengineeringinstallationofsinteringmechanical
equipment,inadditiontotherequirementsstipulatedinthiscode,thosestipulatedinthecurrentrelevant
onesofthenationshallbecompliedwith.

2BasicRequirement
2.0.1
Anerectioncompanyofsinteringmechanicalequipmentshallholdcorrespondingqualification
certificate;shallestablishcorrespondingtechnicalstandards,andQualityManagementSystemcovering
qualitycontrolandqualityinspectiononsite;shallhavetechnicaldocumentsapprovedbytechnicalchief
suchasconstructionorganizationdesign,constructionproposalandoperationdesign.

Atechnicalverificationvisaoradesignvariationnoticefromdesigninstitutemustbe
availablefordrawingmodification.
2.0.3
Measuringinstrumentstobeusedforqualitycheckandacceptanceofengineeringinstallationof
sinteringmechanicalequipmentmustbeprovedqualifiedbymetrologicalverificationandcalibration.
2.0.4Thewelderwhoengagesinweldingoperationforengineeringinstallationofsinteringmechanical
equipmentmayengageinweldingoperationcommensuratetothescopeofhisqualificationitemsof
examinationonlywhenhepassesqualificationexaminationandobtainsaqualifiedlicense.
2.0.5
Engineeringinstallationforsinteringmechanicalequipmentshallbeproceededaccordingto
specifiedsequences,andhandingoverinspectionandrecordamongrelatedtradesshallbefinished專用;
qualitycontrolfordifferentsequencesinatradeshallbeconductedaccordingtoconstruction
technicalstandards,checkingandkeepingrecordforeachsequencewhenitisfinished.Next
sequenceshallnotproceedifprevioussequenceisnotinspectedandaccepted.

Acceptanceforsecondarygroutingandotherconcealedworksinengineeringinstallationof
sinteringmechanicalequipmentshallbeconductedbyrelevantcompaniesbeforetheyare
concealed,andshallbedocumented.Therelevantcompaniesarenotifiedbytheconstruction
companythatworkisreadyforinspection.

Qualityacceptanceforengineeringinstallationofsinteringmechanicalequipmentonbasis
ofself-checkbytheconstructioncompanyshallbeconductedinasequenceofsub-divisional
project,divisionalprojectandunitproject.Divisionforsub-divisionalprojectanddivisionalproject
shouldrefertostipulationsinTable2.0.7Divisionofunitprojectmaybedefinedbasedonits
processsystem,anddefinedunitprojectsasfollows:rawmaterialandmixtureequipment
engineeringinstallation,engineeringinstallationofsinteringmastermechanicalequipment,
engineeringinstallationofcoolermechanicalequipment,engineeringinstallationofmainexhausting

Bothqualityacceptancerecordandqualityqualifieddocumentshallbecomplete.

Qualityacceptanceforpartialprojectshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Qualityforallitemizedprojectsofpartialprojectshallbeexaminedqualified,andaccepted;

Qualitycontrolrecordshallbecomplete;
3
Trialrunningofindividualequipmentwithoutloadshallbequalified.

Qualityacceptanceforunitprojectshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Qualityforallpartialprojectsofunitprojectshallbeexaminedqualifiedandaccepted;

Qualitycontroldocumentsshallbecomplete;

Qualityinspectionitemsofunitprojectbyvisualinspectionshallmeetthefollowing
