als。emergencymeasuresshouldbetakentorescuethem(referringtothenemergencyplan)。Adetailedreportshouldbemadetothesupervisingauthoritiesordepartments。andarepairplanshouldbedevelopedbasedontheactualn。Repairsshouldbecarriedoutaccordingtotherepairplan。andlivemaintenanceworkisstrictlyprohibited。Inspecialcircumstances。approvalfromthesupervisingauthoritiesordepartmentsisrequired。Relevantsafetynsshouldbestrictlyfollowedduringmaintenancework。Afternoftherepairs。recordsoftheaccidentandtheresultsoftheresponseshouldbekept.Theprinciplesofnemergencyresponsearerapid。on-site。accurate。andpersistent。Intheeventofn。itisimportanttoactquickly。on-site。andaccurately。pulmonarynshouldbeadministeredimmediatelyandpersistently。whilecontactingmedicalpersonnelassoonaspossible。Donotgiveupon-siterescueeffortsuntilmedicalpersonneltakeover。Onlyadoctorhastheauthoritytodeclareavictimdead.Thestepsfornemergencyresponseareasfollows:Firstly。theelectrocutedindividualshouldbequicklyremovedfromthepowersource。Thelongerthecurrentisapplied。thegreaterthedamage.2.在救援觸電者時，必須斷開帶電設(shè)備的開關(guān)、刀閘或其他斷路設(shè)備，或?qū)⒂|電者與帶電設(shè)備脫離。同時，救護(hù)人員必須注意自身安全。3.在觸電者未脫離電源前，救護(hù)人員不能直接用手觸及傷員，以免發(fā)生觸電事故。4.如果觸電者處于高處，救護(hù)人員需要采取預(yù)防措施，以免觸電者從高處墜落。5.如果觸電者觸及低壓帶電設(shè)備，救護(hù)人員應(yīng)迅速切斷電源，或使用絕緣工具、干燥的木棒、木板、繩索等將觸電者解脫。在解脫觸電者時，救護(hù)人員需要注意自身安全。6.如果觸電者觸及高壓帶電設(shè)備，救護(hù)人員應(yīng)迅速切斷電源，或使用適合該電壓等級的絕緣工具進(jìn)行救援。在救援過程中，救護(hù)人員需要保持自身與周圍帶電部分的安全距離。7.如果觸電發(fā)生在架空線桿塔上，救護(hù)人員需要迅速切斷電源，或者登桿使用帶絕緣膠柄的鋼絲鉗、干燥的不導(dǎo)電物體或絕緣物體將觸電者拉離電源。在救援過程中，救護(hù)人員需要注意防止高處墜落和再次觸電。8.如果觸電者觸及斷落在地上的帶電高壓導(dǎo)線，救護(hù)人員不能接近斷線點(diǎn)至8～10m范圍內(nèi)，以防跨步電壓傷人。在確證線路已經(jīng)無電后，才可在觸電者
