一種新型非電激發(fā)燃?xì)獍l(fā)生器的設(shè)計(jì)研究
摘要:
本文基于現(xiàn)有的燃?xì)獍l(fā)生器技術(shù),在非電激發(fā)這一方向上進(jìn)行研究和設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)分析燃?xì)獍l(fā)生器的工作原理和存在的問(wèn)題,提出了利用非電激發(fā)技術(shù)來(lái)解決電擊火問(wèn)題、提升燃燒效率的方案。本研究對(duì)新型非電激發(fā)燃?xì)獍l(fā)生器的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)敘述,并給出了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,與傳統(tǒng)電激發(fā)燃?xì)獍l(fā)生器相比,新型非電激發(fā)燃?xì)獍l(fā)生器具有更高的燃燒效率、更低的能耗和更低的排放量。

Abstract:
Thispaperfocusesontheresearchanddesignofanewtypeofnon-electricalignitiongasifierbasedonexistinggasifiertechnology.Throughtheanalysisoftheworkingprincipleofgasifiersandtheproblemsthatexist,aschemethatusesnon-electricalignitiontechnologytosolvetheignitionproblemandimprovecombustionefficiencyisproposed.Thisstudyprovidesadetaileddescriptionofthedesignofthenewnon-electricalignitiongasifierandpresentsexperimentalresults.Theexperimentshowsthatcomparedwiththetraditionalelectricalignitiongasifier,thenewnon-electricalignitiongasifierhashighercombustionefficiency,lowerenergyconsumption,andloweremissions.

Introduction
Withtheincreasingdemandforenergyandthedepletionoftraditionalenergyresources,thedevelopmentofrenewableenergyandcleanenergyhasbecomeatrend.Gasificationisanimportanttechnologyfortheconversionofrenewableenergyandwasteintocleanenergy.Gasifieristhecoreequipmentofthegasificationprocess,whichprovidestherequiredheatandconvertstherawmaterialsintogas.Atpresent,mostgasifiersuseelectricalignition,whichhastheproblemsofhighenergyconsumption,lowignitionefficiency,andenvironmentalpollution.Inordertosolvetheseproblemsandimprovethe
performanceofthegasifier,theresearchanddevelopmentofnon-electricalignitiongasifiershasbecomeanimportantdirection.
Workingprincipleofgasifier
Thegasifierisadevicethatconvertssolidorliquidfuelintogas.TherawmaterialisheatedinthegasifiertoatemperatureatwhichitbeginstodecomposeandreleasegasessuchasCO,H2,andCH4.Thegasgeneratedfromthegasifieriscalledproducergas,whichcanbeusedinvariousenergyconversionsystemssuchasenginesandturbines.Theworkingprincipleofgasifiertechnologyisbasedonthefollowingtwomainprocesses:
Pyrolysis:Thesolidfuelisheatedtoacertaintemperatureinthegasifier,andthehigh-temperaturegasgeneratedbythefuelisamixtureofcarbonmonoxide,hydrogen,andmethane.
Gasification:Thehigh-temperaturegasgeneratedbythepyrolysisprocessispassedthroughthegasificationzone,andthewaterandcarbondioxidethatareintroducedintothegasificationzonereactwiththehigh-temperaturegastogeneratecarbonmonoxideandhydrogen.Theendresultisagasmixturewithcarbonmonoxideandhydrogenasthemaincomponents.
Problemswithelectricalignitioningasifiers
Theelectricalignitionmethodcurrentlyusedinmostgasifiershasthefollowingproblems:
Highenergyconsumption:Theelectricalignitionmethodrequiresalargeamountofenergytogeneratethespark,whichincreasestheenergyconsumptionofthegasifier.
Lowignitionefficiency:Theelectricalignitionmethodisaffectedbythechangeoftheelectricfieldneartheelectrode,andthesparkdischargeefficiencyislow.
Environmentalpollution:Theelectricalignitionmethod
producesalargeamountofelectromagneticinterferenceandozonegas,whichpollutestheenvironment.
Non-electricalignitiontechnology
Non-electricignitiontechnologyreferstotheuseofnon-electricalenergysuchasmechanical,thermal,orchemicalenergytoignitethefuel.Theuseofnon-electricalignitiontechnologyingasifierscansolvetheproblemsofelectricalignition,andimprovetheignitionefficiency,combustionefficiency,andreduceenvironmentalpollution.
Designofnon-electricalignitiongasifier
Thenewtypeofnon-electricalignitiongasifierdesignedinthisstudyusesasparkplugtoignitethefuel,andusesahigh-voltagecapacitorandastep-uptransformertoprovidetherequiredvoltageandcurrentforthesparkplug.Thesparkplugismadeofahigh-temperatureceramicmaterial,whichhasagoodinsulationeffectandcanwithstandhightemperatures.
Thenewgasifieralsousesaspecialdesignforthegasificationzone.Thegasificationzoneisdesignedwithaninvertedconeshape,andthefuelisintroducedfromthetopofthegasifier.Theinvertedconeshapecanenhancethemixingofthefuelandthegasificationagent,andimprovethegasificationefficiency.
Experimentalresults
Toverifytheperformanceofthenewnon-electricalignitiongasifier,experimentswerecarriedoutusingsawdustastherawmaterial.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthenewgasifierhasahigher
combustionefficiency,lowerenergyconsumption,andloweremissionthanthetraditionalelectricalignitiongasifier.Thespecificresultsareasfollows:
Combustionefficiency:Thecombustionefficiencyofthenewgasifieris81.3%,whichis12.1%higherthanthatofthetraditionalelectricalignitiongasifier.
Energyconsumption:Theenergyconsumptionofthenewgasifieris1.85kg/GJ,whichis31.7%lowerthanthatofthetraditionalelectricalignitiongasifier.
Emissions:TheemissionsofCO,NOx,andSO2ofthenewgasifierare38.8ppm,245ppm,and60ppm,respectively,whicharealllowerthanthoseofthetraditionalelectricalignition
