閉環(huán)控制是以實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)流控制為目的。穩(wěn)流控制是通過調(diào)節(jié)整流機組的飽和電抗器和有載開關(guān)使得在電解槽負荷增加、網(wǎng)壓波動和產(chǎn)生陽極效應(yīng)時能使設(shè)定值電流與測量值電流一致。
閉環(huán)控制按照現(xiàn)在的說法,一般分為大閉環(huán)控制和小閉環(huán)控制。(或者叫N+1控制,N是整流機組的數(shù)量(每臺機組配置一個小閉環(huán)控制),1是大閉環(huán)控制總調(diào)PLC)
大閉環(huán)控制由總調(diào)PLC完成,綜合所有整流機組的工藝條件和陽極工況以實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)流控制,一般分為總調(diào)控制和分調(diào)控制。
小閉環(huán)控制一般為就地控制,調(diào)節(jié)飽和電抗器,平衡A、B柜直流輸出,采集整流柜本體信號,以及整流柜的本體保護。西門子
PLC教程S7-200/S7-300閉環(huán)控制從工業(yè)控制的角度可以理解為連續(xù)控制和邏輯控制。
連續(xù)控制是對飽和電抗器的控制(包括控制繞組和偏移繞組),為4-20mA電流信號或1-5V電壓信號輸出,由PID調(diào)節(jié)器實現(xiàn)(比例積分微分控制)。
邏輯控制是綜合判斷在連續(xù)控制調(diào)節(jié)飽和電抗器無法滿足穩(wěn)流控制要求時,如何升降有載開關(guān)。同時包括檔位閉鎖控制、最大需量控制、恒安時控制、切除機組控制、開啟機組控制等。PID調(diào)節(jié)器—設(shè)定值反饋值輸出1.
