1.?dāng)?shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入matlab啟動(dòng)Matlab軟件1.2點(diǎn)擊岀載入故障數(shù)據(jù)中的G2015,Workspace窗口出現(xiàn):N:=uTie Value Class5G201S <100000x1double>double1.3取第一組數(shù)據(jù)G201,命令窗口輸入:G201=G2015(1:1:20000);2.數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理在測(cè)試中由數(shù)據(jù)采集所得的原始信號(hào),在分析前需要進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,以提高數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性和真實(shí)性,并檢查信號(hào)的隨機(jī)性,以便正確地選擇分析處理方法。預(yù)處理工作主要包括三個(gè)方面:一是除去信號(hào)中的外界干擾信號(hào)和剔除異常數(shù)據(jù),如趨勢(shì)項(xiàng)和異點(diǎn);二是對(duì)原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)钠交驍M合;三是對(duì)原始信號(hào)的特性進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。當(dāng)然這些處理工作不是全部必需的,可以選—項(xiàng)或兩項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,當(dāng)認(rèn)為原始信號(hào)獲取工作十分可靠或原始數(shù)據(jù)簡(jiǎn)單可以直接判斷的情況下,也可以不進(jìn)行這些預(yù)處理工作。以下所做數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理,故障軸承以G201為例,正常軸承以Z201為例,觀察原始數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過不同方法做處理前后的變化。1.1零均值化處理(原理公式見報(bào)告P8)命令窗口輸入:G201I二G201-sum(G201)/20000;%G201l為零均值處理后的數(shù)據(jù)?!?0000”為采樣點(diǎn)數(shù)。采樣點(diǎn)數(shù) xw4從時(shí)域圖形上看,是波形整體在Y軸的平移。再看看頻域變化,命令窗口輸入:N=20000; %采樣點(diǎn)數(shù)fs=10000;%采樣頻率

點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)峰值并且各個(gè)狀態(tài)有區(qū)別,即差別性較好,并且通過重復(fù)性檢驗(yàn),其可以作為特征值。因此將這三點(diǎn)作為特征值,并取(31)、(32)、(33)三個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)作為此種方法分析的特征值提取節(jié)點(diǎn)。特征值提取的程序如下:wpt=wpdec(G201l,3,'db4');fork=1:3cz=wprcoef(wpt,[3k]);hom=abs(hilbert(cz));czf=abs(fft(hom,4096));
