工程細(xì)部做法圖集(安裝工程)

前言江蘇長建的工程質(zhì)量通過近幾年來加大力度管理，不斷的規(guī)模整頓，工程實(shí)體質(zhì)量取得了明顯的提高，但目前的工程質(zhì)量總體水平與國外先進(jìn)水平比擬，還存在一定的差距。由于建筑市場不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，人員整體素質(zhì)不高，管理力量不強(qiáng)。有些工程重經(jīng)營、輕管理、重效益、輕質(zhì)量，局部工程存在少許的質(zhì)量通病，個(gè)別工程質(zhì)量的粗糙甚至存有質(zhì)量隱患，精品工程特色不突出，數(shù)量還不多。為了迅步消滅問題，不斷推進(jìn)公司的質(zhì)量水平的提高，以創(chuàng)優(yōu)質(zhì)精品工程為龍頭，公司質(zhì)量管理部組織有關(guān)人員研究工作，開拓思路，收集了大量的資料，圖片，結(jié)合公司當(dāng)前的實(shí)際情況，編制了《工程細(xì)部做法圖集》，根據(jù)江蘇長建的質(zhì)量管理手冊編寫以實(shí)施與保持質(zhì)量體系有效運(yùn)行的綱領(lǐng)性文件和企業(yè)法規(guī)，圖集覆蓋了本集團(tuán)公司涉及貫標(biāo)的工程工程，通過圖集的貫徹對照，以確保集團(tuán)公司質(zhì)量方針、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，增強(qiáng)全員質(zhì)量意識，提高質(zhì)量管理水平，進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)公司的全面開展。經(jīng)審核，質(zhì)量圖集完全符合所選用質(zhì)量保證模式的要求，力求繼續(xù)通過這種方式，演示對此，客觀分析，找出差距，尋求方法，針對性地指定措施，真正精細(xì)化管理，帶動(dòng)我公司工程質(zhì)量管理整體水平提高，實(shí)現(xiàn)江蘇長建的質(zhì)量工作目標(biāo)。ForewordThrougheffortofstrengtheningthemanagementinrecentyears,JiangsuChangjianconstructionengineeringqualitycontinuousscalerectification,engineeringentityqualityhasbeengreatlyimproved,buttheoverallprojectqualitycomparewithforeignadvancedlevel,thereisstillagap.Becausethelocalconstructionmarketisnotstandardized,theoverallqualityofstaffisnothigh;managementstrengthisnotsostrong.Someoftheprojectsshowedthemoreadministrative,lessmanagementorbenefitfocus,andresultqualitybeingneglected.Therearesomequalitiesproblemsstillcaptureintheprojectssuchasroughindividualengineeringquality,qualityengineeringcharacteristicnotprominent.Inordertoeliminatetheproblemsfastandcontinuetopromotethequalitylevelofthecompanytoimprove,tocreatehigh-qualityprojectastobealeaderinthisindustry,thecompanyqualitymanagementdepartmentorganizedrelevantpersonneltoresearch,explorenewideas,collectalotofdata,pictures,andcombinedwiththeactualsituationatpresent,this"Constructionstandardbooklet"isaccordingtotheJSCJqualitymanagementmanualpreparedandastoimplementandmaintainaprogrammaticdocumentfortheeffectiveoperationofthequalitysystemandenterpriseregulations,the"Constructionstandardbooklet"coverstheprojectthegroupcompanyinvolvedinmarkofbelinkedtogether,throughthe"Constructionstandardbooklet"tocontrol,toensurethatthequalitypolicy,groupcompanyqualityobjectives,enhancethequalityoffullconsciousness,improvethequalitymanagementlevel,promotethecomprehensivedevelopmentofthecompany.Afterreview,infullcompliancewiththerequirementsofqualityassurancemodel,inordertocontinueinthisway,demonstration,objectiveanalysis,identifygaps;findaway,tospecifymeasures,trulyfinemanagement,promoteourcompanyprojectqualitymanagementtoimproveand,therealizationofJSCJqualityobjectives.第三章安裝工程ThirdChapterInstallationWorks鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作及安裝SteelStructureFabricationandInstallation水電安裝MEPInstallation消防設(shè)施安裝Fire-fightingInstallation門窗安裝DoorsandWindowInstallation玻璃幕墻安裝GlassFacadeInstallationSection1鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作及安裝SteelStructureFabricationandInstallation鋼構(gòu)件工廠加工制作：放樣、號料、切割、制孔、邊緣加工、小裝配、總裝配、端部處理和摩擦面處理、涂裝、發(fā)運(yùn)。Factoryproductionandprocessingofsteelmembers:layout,marking,cutting,drilling,edgeprocessing,smallassembly,assembly,endtreatmentandfrictionsurfacetreatment,coating,andshipment.鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程圖紙:分為設(shè)計(jì)圖和施工詳圖，施工詳圖〔常稱為深化設(shè)計(jì)圖〕由鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造廠或施工單位編制。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造廠有專門的深化設(shè)計(jì)部門，負(fù)責(zé)將鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)圖細(xì)化分解為便于加工的詳圖。Steelstructureengineeringdrawings:dividedintodesignandconstructiondetails,constructiondetails(oftenreferredtoasthedesigndevelopmentdrawings).編制鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝方案：吊機(jī)進(jìn)退場方案、構(gòu)件吊裝方案、現(xiàn)場拼接方案、安裝質(zhì)量檢查方案。Preparationofsteelstructureinstallationscheme:crane,liftingschemeandfieldschememember,splicesiteplan,installationqualityinspectionplan.鋼構(gòu)件運(yùn)輸進(jìn)場：鋼構(gòu)件制作完成后，出廠前做全面檢查，打上編號及標(biāo)識，裝車運(yùn)輸。Transportationtosite:aftersteelproductioniscompleted,doacomprehensiveinspectionbeforetheyleavethefactory,numberingandidentification,loadingandtransportation.鋼構(gòu)件現(xiàn)場安裝：臨時(shí)安裝支架、結(jié)構(gòu)安裝總順序、吊機(jī)的停機(jī)點(diǎn)及吊次安排、吊裝施工平安措施等。Theinstallationsitemembers:temporaryinstallationbracket,thetotalorderstructureinstallation,craneshutdownandhangingarrangement,safetymeasuresinconstructionhoisting.軋制成型的H型鋼等原材料的進(jìn)場分類堆放及進(jìn)入庫管理?！癏〞steelandotherrawmaterialsstackinginandstoragemanagement.非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格的焊接H型鋼，其翼緣和腹板均采用多頭直條切割機(jī)將鋼板切割成條狀，焊接成型。NonstandardspecificationforweldingofHsteel,theflangeandwebwereusedlongstraightcuttingmachineplateiscutintostrips,welding.用半自動(dòng)切割機(jī)對翼緣鋼板端部焊接所需坡口進(jìn)行加工。Semiautomaticcuttingrequiredweldinggrooveprocessingontheflangeplateendmachine.焊接H型鋼的生產(chǎn)線的拼裝點(diǎn)焊可用專用的自動(dòng)組立機(jī)，型鋼夾緊、對中、定位點(diǎn)焊等過程自動(dòng)控制，速度快，效率高。AutomaticassemblingweldingcanbeadedicatedweldingofHshapedsteelproductionlineofverticalmachine,steelclamping,positioning,onthespotprocessautomaticcontrol,fastspeed,andhighefficiency.焊接H型鋼配備埋弧自動(dòng)焊機(jī)，圖為龍門自動(dòng)焊接機(jī)的船形位置焊。EquippedwithautomaticsubmergedarcweldingofHsteel,boatshapedweldingautomaticweldingmachine.帶鋸床用于切斷型鋼、圓鋼、圓管和方鋼等，其效率高，切斷面質(zhì)量好。Usedforcuttingsteel,roundsteel,squaresteeltubeandthebandsawingmachine,itshighefficiency,andgoodquali
