1.主導(dǎo)完成新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程的質(zhì)量保證工作

2.負(fù)責(zé)制訂、更新及優(yōu)化公司各類成品通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及包材通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制指南,提交審批,并及時(shí)在pdm系統(tǒng)上發(fā)布

3.負(fù)責(zé)公司成品和包材類檢驗(yàn)方法的建立,優(yōu)化、驗(yàn)證、轉(zhuǎn)移、培訓(xùn),并且及時(shí)在pdm系統(tǒng)上發(fā)布

4.負(fù)責(zé)公司開發(fā)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),依據(jù)開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)異常更新和維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù),并且及時(shí)在pdm系統(tǒng)上發(fā)布,同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)給技術(shù)部門進(jìn)行定期培訓(xùn)和考核

1)項(xiàng)目研發(fā)進(jìn)程的跟蹤,及時(shí)提出質(zhì)量相關(guān)要求;

2)研發(fā)原始記錄的審核,批生產(chǎn)記錄的發(fā)放、收回及審核;

3)工藝相關(guān)文件的審核,如生產(chǎn)方案/報(bào)告、研發(fā)報(bào)告等;

1.教育背景:本科及以上學(xué)歷,制藥工程、化學(xué)工程與工藝等相關(guān)專業(yè);

2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中2年以上分析、研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)或質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

c.3年及以上管理崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟練掌握?qǐng)F(tuán)隊(duì)管理方法和技巧,有一定的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力;

d.熟練掌握iatf16949質(zhì)量管理體系及相應(yīng)工具,對(duì)apqp、ppap、fmea、msa、spc有深刻見解,熟練掌握qos/vda體系為優(yōu);

e.熟練掌握minitab或jump等分析軟件;

f.熟練掌握基板廠工藝流程、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程;
