曾有一家知名外企來大學(xué)里招聘，當(dāng)時(shí)共有800多人參加了他們的宣講會(huì)，但是需要在大會(huì)結(jié)束的同時(shí)留下1/3的學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備下一輪的選拔。大家都很好奇外企如何快速發(fā)現(xiàn)人才，因?yàn)榫退慊ㄒ徽鞎r(shí)間也不可能完成對(duì)800多人進(jìn)行一對(duì)一的面試，更何況兩個(gè)小時(shí)的宣講會(huì)？原來關(guān)鍵就在于看大家對(duì)于座位的選擇。首先，考官會(huì)看進(jìn)場(chǎng)的狀態(tài)，誰坐在前面先留下，最后三排沒希望，不管他如何優(yōu)秀坐角落兩邊的也不要。坐中間的要看聽課狀態(tài)，如果認(rèn)真并且眼神有互動(dòng)，積極回答問題也可以考慮，這樣會(huì)留下三分之一的同學(xué)。然后通過分成幾個(gè)小組，組織團(tuán)體無領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的小組討論，問一個(gè)問題，看誰的回答最積極最有邏輯性，誰最具有溝通能力和協(xié)調(diào)問題的能力，誰更能夠包容別人……這樣，只用了一個(gè)下午他們就選出了適合自己企業(yè)的員工。
