化工工藝設計師崗位職責

化工工藝設計師禾本浙江禾本科技有限公司,禾本崗位職責:

1、負責技改或新建項目工藝流程、工藝參數(shù)、工藝風險的確認;

2、負責技改或新建項目可行性研究報告(總平布置、物料平衡、能平衡、三廢處理、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟分析)的編制、審核;

3、負責concept(概念)設計(p&id設計、hazop分析、平立面布置、設備選型、土建結(jié)構(gòu)提資),項目預算和項目時間節(jié)點計劃編制;

4、配合外部設計公司,編制環(huán)評報告、安評報告、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生預評價報告,開展土建設計、工藝設計、設備設計、管道布置設計、自控連鎖設計、電氣安全設計;

5、配合項目報建人員填報項目立項報建相關(guān)資料,配合審圖公司進行設計審核;

6、項目施工監(jiān)督、檢查、驗收;

7、負責項目開車計劃和試生產(chǎn)操作規(guī)程編制,操作工培訓、考核,開車前安全檢查;

8、負責原材料質(zhì)量標準、中控檢測矩陣、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標準編制,并報質(zhì)量部門審批頒布執(zhí)行;

9、負責開車技術(shù)支持(工藝異常處置,根據(jù)開車成果更新編制標準操作規(guī)程、中控矩陣),參與項目竣工驗收。項目竣工圖收集、整理、裝訂,移交存檔。

10、配合項目報建人員準備環(huán)評驗收、安評驗收,生產(chǎn)許可證申領(lǐng)。

11、負責指導各裝置工藝工程師日常工作,參與生產(chǎn)分析、事故調(diào)查、工藝指標修訂、變更管理;

12、公司交辦的其它臨時任務。

任職要求:

化學工程與工藝等專業(yè),本科學歷;

2年以上化工工藝設計經(jīng)驗
