A過去時assoonasB過去時A現(xiàn)在時assoonasB現(xiàn)在時A將來時assoonasB將來時在每一個大的時間段內(nèi),A和B的時態(tài)要統(tǒng)一。比如A過去時,B肯定在過去時內(nèi)。其它也是如此。至于在每個大時間段內(nèi),再根據(jù)A和B兩件事的具體情況,具體對待。比如:A和B都是過去時,A和B是同時發(fā)生,還是先后發(fā)生,不是即將發(fā)生,再分別選用完成時、進(jìn)行時、將來時。例如:A過去時B過去時:IarrangedtheflowersinthevaseassoonasIcamebackhome.一回到家里,我就把花在花瓶里插好。A過去進(jìn)行時B過去完成時(虛擬)Hewasshakingwithfrightasifhehadseenaghost.他嚇得直哆嗦,就好像看見了鬼一樣。A將來時B將來時(可用一般現(xiàn)在時表達(dá))Theywillpostmethetickets/posttheticketstomeassoonastheyreceivemycheque.他們收到我的支票后就立刻把票寄給我。assoonas連接的時間狀語從句中,指未發(fā)生的動作。規(guī)律是:主句一般將來時,從句用一般現(xiàn)在時代替一般將來時。如:Iwilltellhimthenewsassoonashecomesback.緊接著發(fā)生的兩個短動作,主從句都用一般過去時。如:HetookouthisEnglishbooksassoonashesatdown.so....that....如此……以致于……(that引導(dǎo)的結(jié)果狀語從句)so的后面跟副詞或形容詞,例:老師說的太快了,以至于我聽不清楚他的話。TheteacherspeakssofastthatIcan’tcatchthewords.
