錨桿是用金屬或其它高抗拉性能的材料制作的一種桿狀構(gòu)件。是隧道施工過程中維護(hù)圍巖穩(wěn)定,保證施工安全的重要手段之一。那隧道錨桿是怎樣作用于圍巖,維護(hù)圍巖穩(wěn)定的呢?錨桿支護(hù)錨桿的支護(hù)效應(yīng)AnchorRodSupportSupportEffectofAnchorRods

按錨桿支護(hù)的設(shè)計要求來確定鉆桿孔位、間距、與巖面交角、孔深及孔徑等,用鑿巖機(jī)進(jìn)行鉆孔。錨桿與巖面、層面或裂隙面的交角,一般以90°為宜。孔徑應(yīng)大于錨桿直徑15~20mm,以保證錨桿與孔壁之間充填一定數(shù)量的砂漿。注漿時將注漿管插入到距孔底50~100mm,在注漿的同時,將注漿管徐徐向外拔出,待注漿管口距鉆孔口20~30cm時,停止注漿,然后將錨桿插入至孔底部將砂漿擠滿鉆孔。鉆孔DrillingTheholeposition,spacing,intersectionanglewithrocksurface,holedepthandholediameterofdrillrodshallbedeterminedaspertheanchorrodsupportdesign.Drillingshallbecarriedoutwithrockdrill.Generallyspeaking,theintersectionanglebetweentheanchorrodandtherocksurface,beddingplaneorfissuresurfaceshouldbe90°.Theholediametershallbe15~20mmgreaterthanthediameteroftheanchorrodtoensurethatacertainquantityofmortarisfilledbetweentheanchorrodandtheholewall.注漿及安裝錨桿Groutingandanchorrodinstallation

Beforegrouting,thegroutingpipeshallbeinsertedto50~100mmfromtheholebottom.Duringgrouting,thegroutingpipeshallbeslowlypulledout.Whenthegroutingpipeorificeis20~30cmfromtheholemouth,groutingshallbestopped.Afterthat,theanchorrodshallbeinsertedtotheholebottomtofilltheholewithmortar.錨桿支護(hù)錨桿的施工AnchorRodSupportConstructionofAnchorRods安裝墊板Installationofbaseplate錨桿必須安裝墊板,墊板與混凝土面密貼。墊板一般用6~10mm的鋼板制成,規(guī)格150mmx150mm或200mmx200mm。
