aretemptedtochangejobsfrequently,seekinghighersalariesormore
interestingpositions.Nevertheless,manypeopleprefertostayintheirold
jobs.Thisispartlybecausetheyfeelloyaltotheirworkunits,butpartlyalso
becausetheydisliketheideaofhavingtospendmuchtimebeingtrainedfor
anewjob.Inaddition,althoughanewjobmayofferhigherpayormore
promotionopportunities,itmaybelocatedfarfromhomeandbeinconvenient.
Ithinkitisagoodthingfortheworkforcetobeflexible,sothatnewdemands
forpersonnelcanemetquickly.However,ifapersonchangesjobstoooften
heorshewillcauselosstotheemployingunits.Moreover,frequent
jobhoppingpreventsapersongainingvaluablejobexperienceanddeveloping
goodworkhabits.
4.StudyingAbroadNowadaysstudentscanstudyeitherintheirhomecountry
orinforeigncountriesinmosteasestheUnitedStates.Someprefertostayin
theirhomecountiyandstudy.OthersthinkstudyingintheUnitedStatesis
