考試內(nèi)容包括公共知識、英語課程原則及教學(xué)大綱、教材教法和專業(yè)知識四個(gè)部分。(壹)公共知識(占30%)

詳見P169頁。(二)英語課程原則(初、高中教師考核內(nèi)容)和全曰制高級中學(xué)英語大綱(高中教師考核內(nèi)容)

國家教育部頒布的《英語課程原則》和“英語教學(xué)大綱”是中學(xué)英語教學(xué)的法規(guī)文獻(xiàn),是中學(xué)英語教師晉升中學(xué)高級職稱的必考內(nèi)容,占分20%??荚囌弑仨氄莆铡对瓌t(試驗(yàn)稿)》(初、高中教師考核內(nèi)容)和高中英語教學(xué)大綱(頒布)(高中教師考核內(nèi)容)。即:

(1)全曰制義務(wù)教育《英語課程原則》(試驗(yàn)稿)

(2)《全曰制高級中學(xué)英語教學(xué)大綱》(試用修訂稿)

考試者必須掌握《原則》和《大綱》中有關(guān)開設(shè)外語課程的目的和意義,及外語學(xué)科在中學(xué)中的地位;教學(xué)目的;教學(xué)規(guī)定;教學(xué)中應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的問題以及有關(guān)教學(xué)評價(jià)的規(guī)定。(三)教材教法

教材教法是中學(xué)英語教師履行教師職務(wù)的基本規(guī)定,本部分內(nèi)容考核內(nèi)容占分15%??荚囌弑仨氄莆宅F(xiàn)行初高中教材內(nèi)容,即:

(1)義務(wù)教育課程原則試驗(yàn)教科書(7-9冊)

(2)高級中學(xué)英語教材(1-3冊)

考試者應(yīng)能根據(jù)《原則》和《大綱》,應(yīng)用教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)和教學(xué)法的知識,結(jié)合學(xué)生實(shí)際,制定階段性和某單元/課的教學(xué)目的(包括智力目的和非智力原因目的);設(shè)計(jì)教案和教學(xué)過程;選用教學(xué)措施和手段;采用有效的課堂或階段性測試和考試方式等

(四)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識

具有從事中學(xué)英語學(xué)科教學(xué)的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識是中學(xué)英語教師的基本條件。本部分考核內(nèi)容占分35%??荚囌卟灰紭拥娜温氁?guī)定應(yīng)具有如下條件:

(1)中學(xué)壹級教師應(yīng)具有扎實(shí)的英語專業(yè)知識和很好的應(yīng)用水平。

(2)中學(xué)高級教師應(yīng)具有系統(tǒng)的、堅(jiān)實(shí)的專業(yè)知識和純熟的應(yīng)用水平。英語專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識考核參見題型示例。

二、題型示例

武漢市中小學(xué)教師職稱晉升專業(yè)考試中學(xué)英語試卷

注意:參試者請仔細(xì)閱讀闡明,務(wù)必按規(guī)定答題。凡平行試題,只能選做壹組。如兩組均作答,按得分低的那組記分。

第壹部分課標(biāo)(大綱)教材教法

闡明:本部分有A、B、C三類試題,請注意,A、B兩組為平行試題,參試者只能選做其中壹組。兩組都作答的,按總得分低的那構(gòu)成績計(jì)分。C組題所有參試者都必須作答。A組題(初中教師必答)

IA《九年義務(wù)教育全曰制初級中學(xué)英語教學(xué)大綱》把“掌握語言基本知識和基本技能”放在教學(xué)目的的首位,《英語課程原則》把“激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的愛好,使學(xué)生樹立自信心,養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和形成有效的學(xué)習(xí)方略,發(fā)展自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力和合作精神”放在首位。簡述《原則》這樣安排的原因。

IB簡述《全曰制壹般高級中學(xué)英語教學(xué)大綱》有關(guān)聽、說、讀、寫之間的關(guān)系,并就《大綱》對閱讀的論述談?wù)勛砸训恼J(rèn)識和體會(huì)。
