單元主題本單元主題語境是“體育與健康”,通過多種文本形式與聽說讀寫看等
活動介紹了日常常見體育運動與鍛煉方式及其規(guī)則,引導(dǎo)高中生樹立堅
持不懈,積極拼搏的競技精神和養(yǎng)成堅持鍛煉的健康生活方式,在學習
的同時也要勞逸結(jié)合,積極合理參加體育活動,保持身心健康,以良好
的心態(tài)和健康的體魄為高中生活打下基礎(chǔ)。

能夠了解常見體育活動及其規(guī)則并了解科學鍛煉的基本知識;能夠理解
