Article1:PropertyandParties

1.1TheLessorherebyleasestotheLesseetheapartmentlocatedat[Address],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Property."

1.2Thetermofthisleaseshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallterminateon[EndDate],unlessotherwiseagreeduponbybothparties.

Article2:RentandPaymentTerms

2.1ThemonthlyrentforthePropertyshallbe[Amount],payableinadvanceonthefirstdayofeachmonth.

2.2TheLesseeshallpaytherentby[PaymentMethod]totheLessor,orasotherwisedirectedbytheLessor.

2.3Intheeventoflatepayment,alatefeeof[Percentage/Amount]oftheunpaidrentshallbechargedforeachdayofdelay.

Article3:SecurityDeposit

3.1TheLesseeshallpayasecuritydepositof[Amount]totheLessorupontheexecutionofthiscontract.

3.2ThesecuritydepositshallbereturnedtotheLessee,minusanydeductionsfordamagesoroutstandingdebts,within[Number]daysaftertheterminationofthislease.

Article4:MaintenanceandRepairs

4.1TheLessorisresponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairoftheProperty,excludingthosecausedbytheLessee'snegligenceormisuse.

4.2TheLesseeshallpromptlyreportanydefectsormaintenanceissuestotheLessor,whoshalladdresstheminatimelymanner.

Article5:Lessee'sObligations

5.1TheLesseeshallusethePropertyforresidentialpurposesonlyandcomplywithallrelevantlawsandregulations.

5.2TheLesseeshallnotmakeanyalterationsormodificationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.

5.3TheLesseeshallmaintainthePropertyinacleanandproperconditionandshallberesponsibleforanydamagecausedbytheirnegligence.

Article6:Lessor'sRightsandResponsibilities

6.1TheLessorshallprovidetheLesseewithacopyofthe公寓出租合同templateinEnglishandensurethatthePropertymeetsallsafetyandhealthstandards.

6.2TheLessorshallhavetherighttoentertheProperty,uponreasonablenotice,forthepurposeofinspection,maintenance,orshowingthePropertytoprospectivebuyersortenants.

Article7:TerminationofLease

7.1Thisleasemaybeterminatedbyeitherpartywithawrittennoticeof[Number]dayspriortothedesiredterminationdate.

7.2Intheeventofabreachofanytermsorconditionsofthislease,thenon-breachingpartymayterminatethisleaseimmediately.

Article8:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

8.1Thiscontractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

8.2Anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisleaseshallberesolvedthroughnegotiation.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreement,thedisputemaybereferredtoarbitrationorlitigationin[Jurisdiction].
