Article3:PurposeofLease

Article4:LeaseTerm

Article9:DefaultandTermination

IntheeventofabreachbyeitherPartyofanytermorconditionofthisagreement,thenon-breachingPartymay,uponprovidingwrittennoticetothebreachingParty,terminatethisagreement.

Article10:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
