和規(guī)范性文件及操作規(guī)QuarantinefumigationlibraryshouldbeequippedwithUtypepressuregaugeorelectronicairtightnesstestingequipment,electronicairtightnessdetectiondeviceinthepressuresensorsensitivityisnotlessthan0.1Pa,airtightnesstestequipmentshouldbecalibratedonceayear.4.5.7排放設(shè)備（Dischargeequipment）檢疫熏蒸庫(kù)應(yīng)配有排放設(shè)備以使殘余熏蒸氣體進(jìn)行高空排放。在技術(shù)可行的條件下，檢疫熏蒸處理后的熏蒸氣體尾氣可經(jīng)專用回收再利用裝置或無(wú)害化處理裝置處理后排放。Quarantinefumigationbaseshouldbeequippedwithexhaustequipmentinordertomaketheresidualfumigationgashighairemissions.Undertheconditionsoftechnicalfeasibility,thetailgasofthefumigationgascanbetreatedbyaspecialrecyclingdeviceoraharmlesstreatmentdevice.4.6檢疫熏蒸操作（Quarantinefumigationoperation）檢疫熏蒸操作應(yīng)依據(jù)熏蒸庫(kù)、帳幕、集裝箱、火車和船舶等熏蒸操作規(guī)程進(jìn)行，熏蒸投藥劑量、密閉熏蒸時(shí)間等技術(shù)指標(biāo)應(yīng)滿足相關(guān)檢疫處理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局相關(guān)文件要求。Quarantinefumigationoperationshouldbeonthebasisoffumigationlibraries,tent,container,trainsandshipsandotherfumigationoperationrules,fumigationdosage,airtightfumigationtimeandothertechnicalindicatorsshouldmeettherelevantquarantinetreatmentstandardsandnationalqualitysupervision,inspectionandquarantinerequirementsoftherelevantdocuments.4.7檢疫熏蒸監(jiān)管與效果評(píng)估（Quarantinefumigationregulationandeffectassessment）檢疫熏蒸應(yīng)接受當(dāng)?shù)貦z驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)關(guān)的監(jiān)督管理；監(jiān)督管理人員應(yīng)依據(jù)檢疫熏蒸單位所提供的熏蒸方案、熏蒸過(guò)程和熏蒸結(jié)果記錄，特別是熏蒸劑氣體濃度檢測(cè)結(jié)果和實(shí)地監(jiān)管過(guò)程中熏蒸劑氣體濃度抽查結(jié)果，做出檢疫熏蒸效果評(píng)估。Quarantinefumigationshallacceptthesupervisionandadministrationofthelocalinspectionandquarantineorgan;Supervisionandmanagementpersonnelshouldbeaccordingtot
