DeportationAgreement

ThisDeportationAgreement(the"Agreement")isenteredintothis__________dayof__________,20__,byandbetweentheFederalRepublicofGermany,representedbyitsMinistryofInterior(hereinafterreferredtoas"Germany"),and__________(hereinafterreferredtoas"Individual").

WHEREAS,GermanyhasdeterminedthattheIndividualissubjecttodeportationfromGermany;

WHEREAS,theIndividualacknowledgesthedecisionofGermanyandwishestovoluntarilydepartfromGermany;

WHEREAS,GermanyandtheIndividualdesiretoestablishthetermsandconditionsuponwhichtheIndividualwilldepartfromGermany;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisesandcovenantscontainedherein,GermanyandtheIndividualagreeasfollows:

Article1:VoluntaryDeparture

1.1TheIndividualherebyagreestovoluntarilydepartfromGermanyonorbefore__________,20__.

1.2TheIndividualacknowledgesthattheirdepartureisincompliancewiththelawsandregulationsofGermany.

Article2:ConditionsofDeparture

2.1GermanyagreestoprovidetheIndividualwithaone-wayticketto__________(the"DestinationCountry"),whichshallbebookedandpaidforbyGermany.

2.2TheIndividualagreestocooperatefullywithGermanyinarrangingthenecessarytraveldocumentsandanyotherrequirementsfordeparture.

2.3TheIndividualagreestodepartfromGermanyatthedesignatedairportandonthespecifiedflight.

Article3:ConductPriortoDeparture

3.1TheIndividualshallnotcommitanycriminalactsorengageinanybehaviorthatwouldjeopardizetheexecutionofthisAgreement.

3.2TheIndividualshallnotmakeanypublicstatementsorengageinanyconductthatcouldbedetrimentaltotheinterestsofGermany.

Article4:FinancialAssistance

4.1GermanyagreestoprovidetheIndividualwithaone-timefinancialassistanceintheamountof€__________(the"Assistance")tofacilitatetheIndividual'sreintegrationintotheDestinationCountry.

4.2TheAssistanceshallbepaidtotheIndividualupontheirdeparturefromGermany.

Article5:CompliancewithLaws

5.1TheIndividualagreestocomplywithalllaws,regulations,andcustomsoftheDestinationCountryuponarrival.

5.2TheIndividualacknowledgesthatfailuretocomplywiththelawsoftheDestinationCountrymayresultinfurtherlegalconsequences.

Article6:Non-Disparagement

6.1TheIndividualagreesnottomakeanydisparagingremarksorstatementsagainstGermanyoritsofficialsinanypublicforum.

6.2GermanyagreesnottomakeanydisparagingremarksorstatementsagainsttheIndividualinanypublicforum.

Article7:Termination

7.1ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbymutualwrittenconsentofGermanyandtheIndividual.

7.2IntheeventofabreachofanytermorconditionofthisAgreementbyeitherparty,thenon-breachingpartymayterminatethisAgreementbyprovidingwrittennoticetothebreachingparty.

Article8:GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofGermany.

Article9:EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenGermanyandtheIndividualconcerningthesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallpriornegotiations,understandings,andagreements,whetherwrittenororal.

Article10:Amendments

ThisAgreementmaynotbeamendedexceptbyawritteninstrumentsignedbybothparties.

Article11:Severability

IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisheldtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.

Article12:Counterparts

ThisAgreementmaybeexecutedintwoormorecounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwhichtogethershallconstituteoneandthesameinstrument.

INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartiesheretohaveexecutedthisAgreementasofthedayandyearfirstabovewritten.
