前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T10476—2004《尿素高壓冷凝器技術(shù)條件》,與GB/T10476—2004相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)
調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)更改了范圍(見第1章,2004年版的第1章);
b)刪除了術(shù)語及其定義(見2004年版的3.1~3.5);
c)增加了符號(見第4章);
d)增加了冷凝器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)(見5.2);
e)增加了主要零部件技術(shù)要求(見5.3);更改了換熱管尺寸極限偏差的要求[見5.3.1.2,2004年
版的4.2.2.7a)];更改了換熱管超聲檢測的要求[見5.3.1.3、表8,2004年版的4.2.2.7b)];更
改了換熱管耐壓試驗的要求[見5.3.1.4,2004年版的4.2.2.7c)];
f)更改了尿素級不銹鋼板材表面質(zhì)量、尺寸及尺寸極限偏差的要求(見5.3.2.1,2004年版的
4.2.2.8.1);更改了管材、棒材進行超聲檢測的要求(見5.3.2.2,2004年版的4.2.2.8.2);
g)更改了封頭制造的要求(見5.3.3,2004年版的4.3.2);
h)增加了管板堆焊表面質(zhì)量的要求(見5.3.4.1);
i)增加了波形膨脹節(jié)的要求(見5.3.5.3);
j)增加了氣液分布器的要求(見5.3.6);
k)增加了甲銨液進口用緩沖器的要求(見5.3.7);增加了甲銨液出口用防渦器的要求(見5.3.8);
l)增加了支撐格柵的要求(見5.3.9);
m)增加了支座的要求(見5.3.10);
n)增加了管口法蘭的要求(見5.3.11);
o)增加了人孔的要求(見5.3.12);
p)更改了封頭鋼板超聲檢測合格質(zhì)量等級的要求、封頭板材晶粒度等級的要求(見6.2.1,2004

r)增加了鍛件非金屬夾雜物的要求和取樣位置的要求(見6.2.2);
s)刪除了低合金鋼焊接接頭常溫下抗拉強度的要求(見2004年版的4.2.1.3);
t)更改了尿素級不銹鋼材料牌號(見6.3.1、表2、表3、表4、6.3.5.2、表5、表6、表11、表12,2004
年版的4.2.2.1、表1、表2、表3、4.2.2.5、表4、表5、表7、表8);
u)增加了尿素級不銹鋼冶煉方法及供貨狀態(tài)的要求(見6.3.1);
v)更改了尿素級022Cr17Ni12Mo2不銹鋼的化學成分中Cr、Mo、S、N的要求,更改了尿素級
022Cr25Ni22Mo2N不銹鋼的化學成分中Mn、S的要求,增加了化學成分B元素含量的要求
(見表2,2004年版的表1);
w)更改了尿素級不銹鋼焊材熔敷金屬化學成分的要求(見表3,2004年版的表3);更改了尿素

ii)刪除了返修前應(yīng)經(jīng)制造單位技術(shù)負責人批準的要求(見2004年版的4.3.6.5);
