lbegovernedthelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.13.2適用行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第十四條其他條款14.1不可抗力NeitherpartyshallbeliableforfailuretoperformordelayinperformingitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoforcemajeure.14.2合同的補(bǔ)充與修改AnymattersnotcoveredthisContractoranymattersrequiringmodificationorsupplementationshallbeagreeduponinwritingtheparties.14.3合同解除后的處理UpontheterminationofthisContract,thepartiesshallsettlealloutstandingmattersinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.14.4合同的解釋權(quán)歸屬TheinterpretationofthisContractshallbegovernedthelanguageusedinthisContract.第二部分：第三方介入后的修正15.1第三方介入的概念ForthepurposesofthisContract,"ThirdParty"referstoanyindividual,entity,ororganizationthatisnottheContractingPartyortheDesignerorContractor,andisinvolvedintheperformanceofthisContract.15.2第三方介入的情形TheThirdPartymaybeinvolvedintheperformanceofthisContractinvariouscapacities,suchasconsultant,subcontractor,supplier,orinspectionauthority.15.3第三方介入的義務(wù)與責(zé)任TheThirdPartyshallperformitsobligationsunderthisContractinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract,andshallberesponsibleforanydamageorlosscauseditsfailuretoperformsuchobligations.15.4第三方介入的權(quán)益TheThirdPartyshallhavetherighttoreceivepaymentfortheservicesorproductsprovidedunderthisContract,inaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.15.5第三方介入的違約責(zé)任IntheeventofabreachofcontracttheThirdParty,theContractingPartymayseekremediesfromtheThirdPartyinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.6第三方介入的解除TheContractingPartymayterminatetheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyintheperformanceofthisContractiftheThirdPartyfailstoperformitsobligationsunderthisContractorbreachesanytermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.7第三方責(zé)任限額TheliabilityoftheThirdPartyunderthisContractshallbelimitedtotheextentprovidedinthisContract,andtheContractingPartyshallnotbeliableforanylossordamagecausedtheThirdParty'sactsoromissionsbeyondthescopeofthisContract.15.8第三方與其他各方的關(guān)系TheThirdPartyshallbeanindependentcontractorandshallnotbeconsideredanagent,employee,orrepresentativeoftheContractingParty,Designer,orContractor.15.9第三方介入的協(xié)調(diào)與溝通15.10第三方介入的合同變更AnychangestothetermsandconditionsoftheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyshallbeagreeduponinwritingtheContractingParty,Designer,andContractor.15.11第三方介入的合同終止UpontheterminationoftheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyunderthisContract,theContractingParty,Designer,andContractorshallsettlealloutstandingmattersinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.12第三方介入的權(quán)益保護(hù)TheContractingParty,Designer,andContractorshalltakenecessarymeasurestoprotecttherightsandinterestsoftheThirdPartyinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.13第三方介入的違約處理IntheeventofabreachofcontracttheThirdParty,theContractingParty,Designer,andContractorshallhandlethematterinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContractandrelevantlawsandregulations.15.14第三方介入的合同解除后的處理UpontheterminationoftheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyunderthisContract,theContractingParty,Designer,andContractorshallsettlealloutstandingmattersinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.15第三方介入的合同解釋權(quán)歸屬TheinterpretationofthetermsandconditionsoftheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyshallbegovernedt
