3.2Theobligationsofconfidentialityandnon-disclosureshallsurvivetheterminationofthisContract.

4.TermandTermination

4.BenefitstoPartyA

4.1PartyAshallbenefitfrom:

a)ThesuccessfulcompletionoftheExperimentandtheachievementofthedesiredresults.

b)Theprovisionofhigh-quality[DescriptionofServices/Products]byPartyC.

c)Thecost-effectivenessoftheExperimentduetotheinvolvementofPartyC.

5.違約及限制條款
