員工宿舍環(huán)保公約合同編號:__________甲方:__________地址:__________聯(lián)系電話:__________聯(lián)系人:__________乙方:__________地址:__________聯(lián)系電話:__________聯(lián)系人:__________鑒于甲方為乙方提供員工宿舍,為保證宿舍環(huán)境的舒適與環(huán)保,甲乙雙方經(jīng)友好協(xié)商,達(dá)成如下公約:一、環(huán)保要求1.甲乙雙方應(yīng)共同遵守國家環(huán)保法律法規(guī),確保宿舍環(huán)境符合環(huán)保要求。2.乙方在宿舍內(nèi)不得擅自改變房屋結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)施,不得隨意丟棄垃圾,不得排放有毒、有害物質(zhì)。3.乙方應(yīng)合理使用水電資源,降低能源消耗,提倡節(jié)能減排。4.乙方不得在宿舍內(nèi)從事違法活動(dòng),不得損害公共利益和他人合法權(quán)益。二、宿舍管理1.甲方負(fù)責(zé)宿舍的設(shè)施維修、房屋維護(hù)和安全保障工作,確保宿舍設(shè)施正常運(yùn)行。2.甲方應(yīng)定期對宿舍進(jìn)行衛(wèi)生清理,提供清潔的居住環(huán)境。3.乙方應(yīng)遵守宿舍管理制度,合理使用宿舍設(shè)施,愛護(hù)公共財(cái)產(chǎn)。4.乙方應(yīng)自覺維護(hù)宿舍秩序,不得大聲喧嘩,不得影響他人正常休息。三、違約責(zé)任1.如甲方未按約定提供環(huán)保宿舍,乙方有權(quán)要求甲方整改,并有權(quán)要求甲方承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任。2.如乙方未按約定使用宿舍,甲方有權(quán)要求乙方改正,并有權(quán)要求乙方承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任。3.如甲乙雙方發(fā)生爭議,應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決;協(xié)商不成的,可向合同簽訂地人民法院提起訴訟。四、其他約定1.本公約自雙方簽字(或蓋章)之日起生效,有效期為____年。2.除非雙方另有約定,本公約一式兩份,甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。3.本公約未盡事宜,可由甲乙雙方另行協(xié)商補(bǔ)充。甲方(蓋章):__________乙方(蓋章):__________簽訂日期:________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
