前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件是GB/T2424的第25部分。GB/T2424已經(jīng)發(fā)布的部分見附錄A。

本文件代替GB/T2424.25—2000《電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第3部分:試驗(yàn)導(dǎo)則地震試驗(yàn)方

法》,與GB/T2424.25—2000相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

—增加了試驗(yàn)波形選擇(見第6章);

—增加了試驗(yàn)波(見第7章);

—增加了試驗(yàn)條件(見第8章);

—增加了單軸和多軸試驗(yàn)(見第9章);

—更改了地面加速度(見11.2.4,2000年版的8.2.4);

—增加了一般地震類RRS(見第13章);

—?jiǎng)h除了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)幅值常規(guī)試驗(yàn)方法及相關(guān)的條款內(nèi)容要求(見2000年版的第7章)。

本文件修改采用IEC60068?3?3:2019《環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第3?3部分:支持文件及導(dǎo)則設(shè)備地震試驗(yàn)

方法》。

本文件與IEC60068?3?3:2019相比,在結(jié)構(gòu)上有較多調(diào)整。兩個(gè)文件之間的結(jié)構(gòu)編號變化對照一覽

表見附錄B。

本文件與IEC60068?3?3:2019相比,存在較多技術(shù)差異,這些技術(shù)差異及其原因一覽表見附錄C。

本文件做了下列編輯性改動:

—本文件名稱改為《環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第3部分:試驗(yàn)導(dǎo)則地震試驗(yàn)方法》;

—增加了對GB55002—2021的資料性引用;

—用資料性引用的“GB/T17742—2020”替換了“IECTS62271?210:2013”(見11.2.4);

“環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)”或“環(huán)境試驗(yàn)”一詞表示的是設(shè)備或零部件在實(shí)際可能所處的使用、運(yùn)輸和貯存的自

然或人工環(huán)境下的性能評估。

GB/T2424系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中各部分分別給出了一組環(huán)境試驗(yàn)的背景資料,擬由以下部分構(gòu)成。

—GB/T2424.1—2015環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第3部分:支持文件及導(dǎo)則低溫和高溫試驗(yàn)。目的在于給

出低溫試驗(yàn)、高溫試驗(yàn)、帶溫度突變試驗(yàn)和溫度漸變試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)導(dǎo)則。

熱性/非散熱性試驗(yàn)樣品負(fù)載并且工作空間內(nèi)有空氣循環(huán)條件下,符合氣候試驗(yàn)規(guī)定的

要求。

—GB/T2424.10—2012環(huán)境試驗(yàn)大氣腐蝕加速試驗(yàn)的通用導(dǎo)則。目的在于供編制大氣加速

腐蝕試驗(yàn)方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)程及進(jìn)行人工加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)時(shí)參考。

—GB/T2424.11—2013環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)Kc:接觸點(diǎn)和連接件的二氧化

硫試驗(yàn)導(dǎo)則。目的在于制定電子電工產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備接觸點(diǎn)和連接件的二氧化硫試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí),提供

適當(dāng)?shù)脑囼?yàn)方法和嚴(yán)酷等級。

—GB/T2424.12—2014環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)Kd:接觸點(diǎn)和連接件的硫化氫

試驗(yàn)導(dǎo)則。目的在于制定電子電工產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備接觸點(diǎn)和連接件的硫化氫試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí),提供適當(dāng)

的試驗(yàn)方法和嚴(yán)酷等級。

—GB/T2424.15—2008電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第3部分:溫度/低氣壓綜合試驗(yàn)導(dǎo)則。目的

在于規(guī)定了溫度/低氣壓綜合試驗(yàn),涉及地面或空中應(yīng)用的一系列氣壓。

—GB/T2424.17—2008電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)T:錫焊試驗(yàn)導(dǎo)

則。目的在于為錫焊試驗(yàn)規(guī)范編寫者提供背景資料和建議。

—GB/T2424.25—2024電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第3部分:試驗(yàn)導(dǎo)則地震試驗(yàn)方法。目的在

于為地震試驗(yàn)提供適當(dāng)?shù)脑囼?yàn)方法和嚴(yán)酷等級。

目的在于提供穩(wěn)態(tài)振動試驗(yàn)方法的選擇依據(jù)。

—GB/T2424.27—2013環(huán)境試驗(yàn)支持文件和指南溫濕度試驗(yàn)箱不確定度計(jì)算。目的在于

為分析溫度和濕度氣候試驗(yàn)箱的不確定度提供指導(dǎo)。

本文件首先明確地震試驗(yàn)分類要求,并給出地震試驗(yàn)程序、波形要求及試驗(yàn)軸向要求,給出一般地

震類和特定地震類嚴(yán)酷等級計(jì)算方法,同時(shí)在附錄中給出了信息通信設(shè)備、電力設(shè)備具體的地震試驗(yàn)

條件。

1范圍

本文件描述了使用振動臺進(jìn)行全尺寸設(shè)備的、基于動力學(xué)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的地震試驗(yàn)方法。

本文件旨在提供多種試驗(yàn)方法,以方便相關(guān)規(guī)范來規(guī)定設(shè)備地震試驗(yàn),為地震鑒定中驗(yàn)證設(shè)備性能

提供支撐,供制造商證實(shí)設(shè)備抗震性能,或用戶評估和驗(yàn)證設(shè)備抗震性能。

本文件適用于電工電子設(shè)備的地震試驗(yàn)。其他設(shè)備及部件參照執(zhí)行。
