建議他們通過展圖片和照片介紹相關的情況，并要求使用

老師從學生的圖片中取幾張比較典型的進行提問："D。youknowthisplace?"

1.師拿出一張名信片說"look,abeautifulpostcards"板書跟讀幾遍。介紹

名信片（背面可以用來書寫，郵寄，另一面是漂亮的圖片）師出示一些名信片說"在

明彳言片的——面printedalotofbeautifulpictures,suchas,theGreatWall,

TheHuangshanMountain,師說"It'sapictureabouttheGreatWall.跟

讀板書，學生看圖片練習說It'sapicture一句子。

2.學生跟讀后（長城）學生將課前準備收集好關于的資料用漢語進行討論,當兩三

個學生說一部分時師："剛才講得很好,Tellmemore（板書）兩三個學生再介紹長

城時師又說Tellmemore.

3.學習單詞，師拿出hundredthousandmillion.kilometer,people卡片跟

讀師問"TellmemoreabouttheGreatWall.Howlongisit?再跟讀twenty

thousandsevenhundredkilometerslong師問“Tellmesomethingabout

NewYork.Howbigisit?學生用漢語回答后,師出示It'sgot8,000,000人再

跟讀eightmillionpeople師問“TellmesomethingaboutBeijing.Howbig

4.學習常用口語Thatisbig.That,salot!Ifsverybig.跟師朗讀。將掛圖

掛在黑板上，播放錄音，把全班分成兩組，一組扮演Simon一組扮演Daming,表演

5.師拿出一張圖，學生猜一猜物品是什么?當學生無法猜一猜物品是什么時，使用

本模塊是出自《新標準英語》第七冊第一模塊第二單元,Unitl主要是讓學生學

數(shù)量等。Unit2為第一單元的延續(xù)，是在前一課的基礎上繼續(xù)談論某處,Unit2

Itsinthewest.本冊教材內(nèi)容主要通過講述某個地方的地理位置和相關的基

本信息。特別讓學生學會看地圖，從地圖上找到某一個地方才旨出并說出來。并更

進一步用east,south,west,north,這些單詞來詢問和回答城市所在國家的方位。

（一）熱身復習，營造學習英語的氣氛。

1、歌曲導入,激發(fā)學生學習的興趣

教育家托爾斯泰說過："成功的教學所必須的不是強制,而是激發(fā)學生的興趣，激

發(fā)學生參與學習的興趣,是新課導入的關鍵。精彩的課堂開頭，不僅能使學生迅速

地興奮起來,而且還會使學生把學習當成一種自我需要，自然地進入學習新知的情

景。英語chant是提高學生英語學習興趣和學習效率的有效方法之一。第一模塊

這首活潑的chant既能感染學生，調(diào)動學生的情緒，其中的詞組如:"Therebe"

又能為新課學習作鋪墊，自然導入新課。

2、復習舊知，培養(yǎng)自信。

首先小組內(nèi)合作利用單詞卡片復習本模塊的單詞，并有小老師帶領大家一起記憶

單詞。然后看大屏幕，回答問題:Where'sNewYork?Where'sTennessee?

這樣不僅復習了舊知識,渲染了學習英語的良好氣氛，而且滲透了小組合作的思想。

Step2Presentation

1、導入。出示一張?zhí)迫私值膱D片，問:Doyouknowwhereitis?Whatcanyou

seeinthispicture?請學生回答你的問題。有些學生可能對唐人街有所了解，肯

定他們的發(fā)言和大膽嘗試。對學生說："Daming現(xiàn)在在美國表兄的家里,他正在

給家人發(fā)送email。他想念家人嗎?他今天了解到了關于美國的什么情況呢?讓我

們一起看看。學過今天的課文。我們要試著使用這些語言介紹一個我們自己去過

的有趣的地方

2、看動畫，聽錄音。認真聽Daming和Simon之間的對話，然后判斷大明是否

想念中國，為什么?老師可以引導學生得出正確的回答。通過第一遍錄音學生們可

以了解課文大意。

3、再聽錄音。在聽的過程中劃出文中的重點單詞、短語和疑難點，然后組內(nèi)進行

交流討論，由小組代表把找出的重難點分類寫在黑板上。逐一解決。最后看大屏

幕老師的匯總，加深記憶。

4、聽錄音并跟讀，在跟讀的過程中劃出文中的"Thereis/Thereare...".大屏

幕上會顯示這三個句子，讓學生們認真觀察這三個句子，找出它們的共同點與不同

點，然后小組討論、展示，學生們不可能一下子就能發(fā)現(xiàn)"Therebe"這個語法

點，需要老師積極的引導。通過孩子I門自己的總結弓I出了"Therebe"語法點能

夠加深學生們的理解。

5、再次聽錄音跟讀,注意模仿語音語調(diào)。聽讀完畢，學生們進行小組內(nèi)讀課文，先

由小組長指導，然后組內(nèi)分角色朗讀課文，最后進行展示。在這一環(huán)節(jié)中，老師要對

小組的表現(xiàn)進行積極的評價，鼓勵學生大膽地說英語。

Step3Cosolidation

1、歌曲"There'saGreatWallinChina”.大屏幕上顯示一張長城的圖片,

要求學生們用"Thereis/Thereare...”進行描述。然后學唱There'saGreat

WallinChina"緩解一下學習的疲勞，并能鞏固本課的重要知識點。

2、PK賽。小組內(nèi)討論如何用"Thereis/Thereare...”描述教室里的物品。然

后進行PK,看哪個小組描述的又多又準。

Step4Summary

總結本模塊的關鍵點。特別注意"Thereis/Thereare..?的區(qū)別，并能在課后

運用它們描述見到的事物。看一下評價表，找出獲勝的小組，進行獎勵，并鼓勵其他

小組繼續(xù)努力。

Step5Homework

回家仔細觀察自己的bedroom,然后寫一篇小作文。
