**III.WorkDutiesandResponsibilities**

2.TheEmployermayterminatethisContractwithoutnoticeinthefollowingcircumstances:

c.TheEmployeeengagesinactivitiesthataredetrimentaltotheEmployer'sinterests.

**VIII.DisputeResolution**

1.IncaseofanydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract,bothpartiesshallattempttoresolvethedisputesthroughfriendlynegotiations.

2.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,thepartiesmaysubmitthedisputestothePeople'sCourthavingjurisdictionovertheEmployer'splaceofbusinessforlitigation.

**VI.RemunerationandBenefits**

3.TheEmployeeagreesnottoengageinanyactivitythatiscompetitivewiththeEmployer'sbusinessforaperiodof[CompetitivePeriod]aftertheterminationofthisContract.

**IX.DisputeResolution**

1.IncaseofanydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract,bothpartiesshallattempttoresolvethedisputesthroughfriendlynegotiations.

TheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyinthisemploymentrelationshipservestoenhancetheEmployer'sabilitytomanageandsupervisetheEmployeeeffectively.ItprovidestheEmployerwithanadditionallayerofcontrolandensuresthattheEmployeeadherestotheEmployer'sstandardsandpolicies.TheThirdParty'srolealsofacilitatestheresolutionofanydisputesthatmayarisebetweentheEmployerandtheEmployee.

**XII.SignificanceandPurposeofPrincipalParty'sDominance**

ThePrincipalParty,astheEmployer,maintainsthedominantpositioninthisContracttosafeguarditsinterestsandensurethesuccessfulexecutionofitsbusinessoperations.Byhavingtherighttohire,manage,andterminatetheEmployee,theEmployercanmaintainflexibilityandadaptabilityinitsworkforce.ThePrincipalParty'srightsandobligationsareprioritizedtoprotectitsinvestmentandmaintainitscompetitiveadvantageinthemarket.
