NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementshereinaftersetforth,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.AppointmentandPosition

1.1TheEmployeragreestoemploytheEmployeeinthepositionof[Employee'sPosition]withintheEmployer'sorganization,startingfrom[StartDate]andendingon[EndDate](hereinafterreferredtoas"theEmploymentPeriod").

2.EmploymentTermsandConditions

2.1TheEmployeeshallworkfull-timefortheEmployerduringtheEmploymentPeriod,andshallcomplywiththeEmployer'sinternalregulationsandworkschedule.

2.2TheEmployeeshallperformhis/herdutiesandresponsibilitiesinaccordancewiththeEmployer'srequirements,andshallstrivetoachievetheobjectivessetbytheEmployer.

3.SalaryandBenefits

3.1TheEmployeragreestopaytheEmployeeamonthlysalaryof[MonthlySalary](RMB),subjecttotheEmployer'sactualbusinessperformanceandtheEmployee'sperformanceappraisalresults.

3.2TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewiththefollowingbenefitsduringtheEmploymentPeriod:

a)Socialinsuranceandhousingfundinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations;

b)Paidannualleave,sickleave,andmaternity/paternityleaveinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations;

c)Otherbenefitsasagreeduponbytheparties.

4.ConfidentialityandNon-Competition

4.1DuringtheEmploymentPeriodandforaperiodof[Non-CompetitionPeriod]followingtheterminationoftheEmploymentRelationship,theEmployeeagreestokeepconfidentialalltheEmployer'stradesecrets,businessinformation,andotherconfidentialinformationobtainedduringtheEmploymentPeriod.

4.2TheEmployeeagreesnottoengageinanybusinessactivitiesthatcompetewiththeEmployer'sbusinessduringtheEmploymentPeriodandforaperiodof[Non-CompetitionPeriod]followingtheterminationoftheEmploymentRelationship.

5.TerminationofEmployment

5.1TheEmploymentRelationshipmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupontheoccurrenceofanyofthefollowingcircumstances:

a)TheEmployeeresignsinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract;

b)TheEmployerterminatestheEmploymentRelationshipinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract;

c)TheEmployeeisfoundtoviolatetheprovisionsofthisContractortheEmployer'sinternalregulations.

6.DisputeResolution

6.1AnydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,theyshallbesubmittedtothePeople'sCourthavingjurisdictionovertheEmployer'sregisteredaddressfortrial.

7.EntireAgreement

7.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,andrepresentations,whetherwrittenororal,withrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof.

8.Attachments

4.2TheThirdPartyshallprovideadministrativesupport,includingmanagingtheEmployee'sleave,ensuringproperperformanceappraisals,andaddressinganydisputesorconcernsraisedbytheEmployee.

4.3TheThirdPartyshallbeliableforanybreachesoftheContractonbehalfoftheEmployer,andshallindemnifytheEmployerforanydamagesincurredasaresult.

5.ThirdParty'sRightsandBenefits

5.1TheThirdPartyshallreceiveacommissionof[CommissionAmount](RMB)ascompensationforitsservicesunderthisContract.

5.2TheThirdPartyshallbeentitledtoaccesscertainconfidentialinformationnecessaryfortheexecutionofthisContract,butshallbeobligatedtomaintaintheconfidentialityofsuchinformation.

6.Employee'sResponsibilitiesandLimitations

6.3TheEmployeeagreestocomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andtheEmployer'sinternalpolicies.

7.Employee'sRights

7.1TheEmployeeshallhavetherighttoreceivetimelypaymentsofsalaryandbenefitsaspertheprovisionsofthisContract.

7.2TheEmployeeshallhavetherighttoafairandreasonableperformanceappraisalconductedbytheEmployerortheThirdParty.

8.TerminationofEmployment

8.1TheEmploymentRelationshipmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupontheoccurrenceofanyofthefollowingcircumstances:

a)TheEmployeeresignsinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract;

b)TheEmployerterminatestheEmploymentRelationshipinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract;

c)TheEmployeeisfoundtoviolatetheprovisionsofthisContractortheEmployer'sinternalregulations.

9.DisputeResolution

9.1AnydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,theyshallbesubmittedtothePeople'sCourthavingjurisdictionovertheEmployer'sregisteredaddressfortrial.

10.EntireAgreement

10.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,andrepresentations,whetherwrittenororal,withrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof.

11.Attachments

11.1ThefollowingdocumentsareattachedheretoandformanintegralpartofthisContract:

12.SignificanceandPurpose

12.1TheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyservestoprovideadministrativesupport,oversight,andensurecompliancewiththeContract.ItisintheEmployer'sbestinteresttohaveaneutralandindependentpartyfacilitatetheexecutionofthisContract.

12.2ThepurposeofthisContract,withtheEmployerasthedominantparty,istoprotecttheEmployer'sinterests,maintainconfidentiality,andsecuretheexpertiseoftheEmployeewhileminimizingtherisksassociatedwithemploymentrelationships.
