本文件規(guī)定了熱等靜壓致密化處理的人員、環(huán)境、設備與儀表、工藝材料、工藝過程、質量控制、

文件控制、安全防護等要求。

本文件適用于鑄造、增材制造、注射成型、噴射成型等工藝制備的內部含有氣孔、疏松、縮孔、微

裂紋、偏析等缺陷制件的熱等靜壓致密化處理。

5.1設備

5.1.1熱等靜壓設備的構成部件、骨架、加熱元件和隔熱部件等宜采用鉬材(鉬絲或鉬條)、鋼、鎳基

合金或氧化鋁等材料制作,也可根據(jù)需要采用石墨或石墨復合材料作為加熱材料。

5.1.2熱等靜壓設備應配備溫度測量和監(jiān)控儀器,每個加熱區(qū)均應具有獨立的溫度控制回路。熱等靜壓
