Section Manager review the order SM復(fù)核訂量,- Check week on hand & on order 檢查周庫存和周訂貨,- Any feature build up,in store promotion. 店內(nèi)促銷有無

11、堆臺,- Check Min / P.O. 檢查最低訂貨量,- Check actual on hand 檢查實際庫存,REPLENISHMENT WORK FLOW,3. Review the edit order by Department Manager. 由部門經(jīng)理來復(fù)核訂單量 Approved by ASDM or SDM 由店長或副店長批準,REPLENISHMENT WORK FLOW,4. Return “The edited list” to Inventory Control before 17:00 PM to re-entry 在17：00PM之前 把“已修正的清單”交
