And before they know it, everyone around them is infecting something!The American Society for Microbiology and the American Cleaning Institute did a survey of hand washing. They asked people questions about their hand-washing habits and also watche

Here are the results.People dont always wash their hands after using the bathroom96% of adults say they always wash their hands after using public restrooms, but just 85% were seen doing so.People wash their hands less at home89% say they wash their hands after using th
5、e bathroom at home.Just 27% wash their hands after touching money (which can carry lots of germs).Only 42% of the people in the survey wash up after petting a dog or cat.Theres a right way to wash your hands. Follow these simple steps to keep your hands clean:Use warm water (not cold or hot).Use wha

Antibacterial (抗菌性的) soaps are popular but regular soap works fine.Rub(摩擦) your hands together well and wash all surfaces, both sides of your hands, your wrists, between your fingers, and around your nails. 13、ence also supports the idea that each person has a body clock that helps to decide his or her sleep pattern. Unluckily, these body clocks do not always work according to school timetables.The effects of falling asleep in class can be quite serious. First of all, sleeping in class is not a good way t
