(1) Examine the certificate of pressure vessel designer, confirm the effectiveness of its qualification.? （2）審查壓力容器制造和檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有效性。? (2) Review the effectiveness of standards on manufacture and ins

Materials? （1）審查材料質(zhì)量證明書、材料復(fù)檢報(bào)告。? (1) Check material certificate and material re-test report.? （2）檢查材料標(biāo)記移植。? (2) Check the transplantation of material

9、identification.? （3）審查主要受壓元件材料的選用和材料代用手續(xù)。? (3) Check the selection and formalities of substitute materials for main pressure parts.? （4）根據(jù)ASME某些材料的特殊要求，確認(rèn)焊接、熱處理、加工工藝及檢驗(yàn)工藝的正確性。? 10、ial requirements of according some material to ASME code.? 3、焊接? 3. Welding? （1）審查焊接工藝評(píng)定及記錄，確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品施焊所采用的焊接工藝符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范。? (1) Check the welding procedure qualification and their records, verify that the welding technology used in product production is in accordance with the relevant standards and codes.

13、l.? （3）檢查筒體內(nèi)徑與最小內(nèi)徑差，當(dāng)直立容器殼體長度超過30m時(shí)，檢查筒體直線度。檢查焊縫布置和封頭形狀偏差，并記錄實(shí)際尺寸。? (3) Check the difference between maximum and minimum diameters of shell. Non-destructive examination? （1）檢查布片（排版）圖和探傷報(bào)告，核實(shí)探傷比例和位置，對(duì)局部探傷產(chǎn)品的返修焊縫，應(yīng)檢查擴(kuò)探情況。對(duì)超聲波探傷和表面探傷，除審查報(bào)告外，監(jiān)檢人員還應(yīng)不定期到現(xiàn)場對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行實(shí)地監(jiān)檢。?
