Reading task,ROBOTS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST LANDMINES (Page57),【背景】,據(jù)總參謀部編印的地雷議定書宣傳教育提綱介紹,目前世界上有68個國家仍埋有65001.1億枚地雷,每年造成約2.6萬人傷亡。今年是我國加入聯(lián)合國通過的修正的地雷議定書10年,作為一個愛好和平的國家,我國多年來一直在為消除雷患作出積極的努力,并用自行研制的裝備創(chuàng)造了“速度最快、質(zhì)量最高、傷亡最小”等世界掃雷奇跡。,掃雷機器人主要用于人道主義掃雷行動中探測地雷及未爆 藥,具有視頻監(jiān)測和遠程實時傳輸功能,可實現(xiàn) 20mm未知高度變化路面的穩(wěn)定行走和快速通過,還具有 翻越200mm高度的垂直障礙物和上下樓梯、進出狹窄通道 等功能。 記者在現(xiàn)場看到,該機器人采用無線可視遙控操縱方 式,探測高度為離地10-20mm;探測最大速度為平原開闊 地100m/h;左右擺動探測范圍各60。機器人通過攝像頭 即時采集圖像信號,通過無線視頻傳輸模塊提供給遙控部分。 當(dāng)探雷器探測到有雷信息后,會自動傳輸給云臺控制器做前 端處理,并停機定位、噴灑標(biāo)識液、響報警鈴、亮警示燈 等,同時將有雷信號發(fā)送給機器人主控制器。此設(shè)備適應(yīng) 在-5C+50C,具有較好的防潮防水性能。在植被深不 超過10cm的平原、丘陵、沙漠地,坡度不大于25的地域 能夠自如作業(yè)。機器人最多連續(xù)工作16小時,控制器最大 最多連續(xù)工作16小時。,我赴黎巴嫩維和工兵營官兵使用的掃雷機器人,來自全軍的五十多名地雷專家和聯(lián)合國有關(guān)人士,近日對云南掃雷部隊兩次邊境大掃雷的情況進行認真考察論證后發(fā)現(xiàn),以云南掃雷部隊為主摸索出的二十多種科學(xué)掃雷方法和革新出的九種掃雷新裝備,在大面積掃雷中運用后,與世界其它同類雷場相比,具有速度最快-作業(yè)官兵日均掃除雷區(qū)面積達六百多平方米,人均排除地雷等爆炸物九百多枚,掃雷工效是世界同類雷場作業(yè)的十倍;質(zhì)量最好-所掃雷障的二百多平方公里土地,移交地方時后至今未發(fā)現(xiàn)一起遺留地雷引起的人員傷亡事故;傷亡最小-參加兩次大掃雷的千余名官兵,在山高坡陡、雷種復(fù)雜、爆炸物交織混亂的亞熱帶山岳叢林地復(fù)合雷場與死神打交道千余天,創(chuàng)造了僅有一人犧牲的“世界大面積掃雷亡人最低的紀(jì)錄”,受傷人數(shù)也大大低于世界其它同類作業(yè)現(xiàn)場。,中越邊境七年大掃雷創(chuàng)造世界奇跡,中越邊境大掃雷是本世紀(jì)末世界上規(guī)模最大的一次掃雷行動。按照中國國務(wù)院、中央軍委的部署,從一九九二年開始,云南、廣西邊防掃雷部隊七年間兩次征戰(zhàn)雷場,共掃除地雷二百二十多萬枚,銷毀其它爆炸物四百多噸,完善永久性封圍雷場數(shù)十平方公里,中越邊境中方一側(cè)的雷患已基本消除。今天,人們看到,從云南的邊陲新城河口到廣西的友誼關(guān),昔日的雷場已崛起六個國家級、十三個省級邊貿(mào)口岸和三十多個邊貿(mào)互市點;二百九十多條邊境通道的開通,徹底改變了掃雷前中越邊境沒有一條暢通的陸地通道的局面,為邊疆的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和對外開放創(chuàng)造了有利條件。,軍用排雷機器人,軍用排雷機器人是一種裝有探雷器和使地雷失效裝置的機器人,主要用于協(xié)助攻擊分隊在各種雷場中開辟通路,并進行標(biāo)示。排雷(彈)機器人使用不僅可以加快掃雷破障的速度,而且還大大降低了人員的傷亡。如美國研制的交通警察戰(zhàn)場機器人,它安裝了多種傳感器,可用于探測建筑物、掩體、隧道等處的地雷;蜜蜂式控雷器則具有較快的飛行速度,可以迅速而準(zhǔn)確地發(fā)現(xiàn)地雷的位置,并通過自身攜帶的裝置對地雷進行引爆。,馬永信:中國士兵創(chuàng)造世界掃雷奇跡,新華網(wǎng)消息 據(jù)解放軍報報道,世界掃雷史記下了一個中國士兵的傳奇:作業(yè)200余天,排除地雷3040余枚、爆炸物1200多件,排雷進度是曾被公認為世界最成功的“阿富汗掃雷行動”的單兵排雷進度的292倍!而且排雷數(shù)量也堪稱“世界之最”!他所帶的班排雷1 4萬余枚,無一傷亡,所掃過雷的地方未發(fā)現(xiàn)雷患,創(chuàng)造了世界同類雷場“質(zhì)量最優(yōu)、傷亡為零”的奇跡。他就是云南掃雷部隊二隊班長馬永信。不久前,成都軍區(qū)召開命名大會,授予他“排雷英雄”榮譽稱號。,中越邊境大掃雷中掃除的部分地雷 資料,Three decades(十年)of war in Cambodia柬埔寨亞洲 have left scars in many forms throughout the country.
