WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRS ORMODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING, COMPONENTS AND THEWORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. No.) given in this EO refer to the Consumable Material List (CML).2. 區(qū)域的識別,參考AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001。For the identification of zones, refer to AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001.3. 金屬結(jié)構(gòu)的加工,依據(jù)SRM 51-27-11。Rework metallic structures in accordance with SRM 51-27-11.4. 施涂防護處理,依據(jù)SRM 51-21-00。Apply protective treatment in accordance with SRM 51-21-00.C. 施工準(zhǔn)備/PREPARATION1. 工作準(zhǔn)備/Job Set-up注 :在開始維護檢查前,如下的項目必須作為基礎(chǔ)飛機構(gòu)型加以考慮:- 飛機地面停放在起落架上(起落架安全銷和輪擋必須在起落架上安裝到位)- 發(fā)動機關(guān)車,反推關(guān)閉并鎖定- 飛機處于空機狀態(tài)- 設(shè)置停留剎車- 飛機電路關(guān)斷- 液壓系統(tǒng)卸壓- 到駕駛艙和客艙的接近門可用- 所有跳開關(guān)在閉合位置- 所有控制器在NORM, AUTO或OFF位置NOTE: The items given in this note shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configuration before you start a maintenance task:- Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheel chocks are in position on the landing gear)- Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked- Aircraft in clean configuration- Parking brake applied- Aircraft electrical network de-energized- Hydraulic systems depressurized- Access to the cockpit and cabin is available- All circuit breakers are in closed position- All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF positiona. 參考AMM Task 12-34-24-869-002保證飛機接地。Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded, refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802.b. 打開前起落架門,依據(jù)AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801。Open the Nose Landing Gear (NLG) Doors, refer to AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801.c. 在713和714區(qū)域放置工作梯。Put an access platform in position at zones 713 and 714.2. 拆除前起落左側(cè)前門,參考AMM Task 32-22-11-000-801。Remove the NLG Forward Door LH Side, refer to AMM Task 32-22-11-000-801.3. 拆除前起落架右側(cè)前門,參考AMM Task 32-22-11-000-801。Remove the NLG Forward Door RH Side, refer to AMM Task 32-22-11-000-801.4. 清潔檢查區(qū)域使用:Clean the inspection areas with:D. 施工步驟/PROCEDURE1. 詳細檢查前起落架前門左側(cè)前彎管接耳和前起落架隔欄鉸鏈接耳,參考AMM Task 52-82-00-200-803,參考Fig. A-FBAAA。Do a detailed inspection of the NLG Forward Door FWD Swan Neck Fittings and FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting, LH Side, refer to AMM Task 52-82-00-200-803.Refer to Fig. A-FBAAAa. 若沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損:If wear marks are not found:(1) 執(zhí)行步驟D.3和D.9。Do procedure D.3 and D.9.b. 若發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損:If wear marks are found:(1) 執(zhí)行步驟D.3,D.5,D.6和D.8。Do procedure D.3,D.5,D.6 and D.8.(a) 若高頻渦流檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損,聯(lián)系結(jié)構(gòu)工程師。If wear marks are found after the HFEC inspection,contact Structure engineer.(b) 若高頻渦流檢查沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損:If wear marks are not found after the HFEC inspection:1 執(zhí)行步驟D.9和D.11。Do procedure D.9 and D.11.a 若間隙小于1mm(0.039in), 聯(lián)系結(jié)構(gòu)工程師。If the gap is lower than 1 mm (0.039 in),contact Structure engineer.2. 詳細檢查前起落架前門右側(cè)前彎管接耳和前起落架隔欄鉸鏈接耳,參考AMM Task 52-82-00-200-803,參考Fig. A-FBAAA。Do a detailed inspection of the NLG Forward Door FWD Swan Neck Fittings and FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting, RH Side, refer to AMM Task 52-82-00-200-803.Refer to Fig. A-FBAAAa. 若沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損:If wear marks are not found:(1) 執(zhí)行步驟D.4和D.10。Do procedure D.4 and D.10.b. 若發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損:If wear marks are found:(1) 執(zhí)行步驟D.4,D.5,D.7和D.8。Do procedure D.4,D.5,D.7 and D.8(a) 若高頻渦流檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損,聯(lián)系結(jié)構(gòu)工程師。If wear marks are found after the HFEC inspection,contact Structure engineer.(b) 若高頻渦流檢查沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損:If wear marks are not found after the HFEC inspection:1 執(zhí)行步驟D.10和D.12。Do procedure D.10 and D.12.a 若間隙小于1mm(0.039in), 聯(lián)系結(jié)構(gòu)工程師。If the gap is lower than 1 mm (0.039 in),contact Structure engineer.3. 加工前起落架左側(cè)隔欄鉸鏈接耳。Rework the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting, LH Sidea. 按需對受影響區(qū)域清潔和去油污使用:If necessary, clean and degrease the areas with:b. 打磨前起落架左側(cè)隔欄鉸鏈接耳,依據(jù)SRM 51-27-11,參考Fig. A-FBCAA。Blend-out the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting on LH side as shown in Fig. A-FBCAA, in accordance with SRM 51-27-11.注 :前起落架隔欄鉸鏈接耳相關(guān)的破損安全角材由不銹鋼鍍鎘制作。研磨和重新鍍鎘期間需要進行適當(dāng)?shù)姆雷o措施。NOTE: The concerned Failsafe Angles in the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting are made of steel and have been cadmium plated. Proper precautions should be used during grinding and re-application of cadmium plating.c. 在加工區(qū)域重新鍍鎘和噴漆,依據(jù)SRM 51-21-11。Re-apply cadmium plating and paint the reworked areas in accordance with SRM 51-21-11.4. 加工前起落架右側(cè)隔欄鉸鏈接耳。Rework the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting, RH Sidea. 按需對受影響區(qū)域清潔和去油污使用:If necessary, clean and degrease the areas with:b. 打磨前起落架右側(cè)隔欄鉸鏈接耳,依據(jù)SRM 51-27-11,參考Fig. A-FBCAA。Blend-out the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting on RH side as shown in Fig. A-FBCAA, in accordance with SRM 51-27-11.注 :前起落架隔欄鉸鏈接耳相關(guān)的破損安全角材由不銹鋼鍍鎘制作。研磨和重新鍍鎘期間需要進行適當(dāng)?shù)姆雷o措施。NOTE: The concerned Failsafe Angles in the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting are made of steel and have been cadmium plated.
