We believe this visit will be of great benefit to our future business cooperation.Please use this invitation letter to apply for your VISA to China.We are all looking forward to seeing you soon, and should you have any questions, please feel free to inform me.Yours truly, 辦理邀請外商來華簽證申報所需材料：(除英文之外的外文材料，請附中文翻譯件并蓋邀請單位公司章)1、邀請外國人來華簽證申報表2、被邀請的每一人的護照復印件3、雙方購銷合同4、對方公司營業(yè)執(zhí)照（如果今年貴公司未曾辦理邀請函，也須提供營業(yè)執(zhí)照）上述四項材料為一份材料，您需要提供共三份材料。(部分國家有特殊要求，請點擊“邀請有關國家商人來華最新要求”）請您按次序裝訂好，到外僑辦審核。一份材料由義烏外僑辦留存，另二份材料經(jīng)外僑辦審核、簽字、蓋章后，由企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人送或特快寄金華市外僑辦辦理。外僑辦的辦理時間為隨到隨辦，3-5分鐘；外僑辦的辦理時間一般為3個工作日。外僑辦辦理好簽證通知后，將電話通知“聯(lián)系人”去金華取。如何填寫簽證中的申請表呢？在邀請外國人來華簽證申報表中：“被邀請人情況”欄必須打印。被邀請人“國籍”和下面的“簽證地”須用英語填寫。外商系首次來華時，“來華事由”欄要詳細填寫有關該公司的性質(zhì)、經(jīng)營范圍等情況，以及如何與該公司結識的，本次來訪的主要目的等內(nèi)容。對于辦理二次和半年多次往返的申報，“來華事由”欄要寫明最近半年來華共有多少次和本次要申請多次往返的充分理由?！把垎挝粨Ｒ庖姟眱?nèi)容大致如下：茲有我公司*國客商*（護照號碼為*）于200*年*月來義烏進行合法正當?shù)纳虅栈顒樱Ａ魰r間為*天，我公司擔?？蜕淘诖似陂g不產(chǎn)生違反法律的行為?！霸谌A停留天數(shù)”最長為25天。對于“簽證地”與“國籍”不一致的客商，要求在每一份材料中附上該客商在“簽證地”之國的居留證復印件，并注明“這是某某在某地的居留證?！保裳垎挝簧w上公章。辦理多次往返的，要求企業(yè)前半年已邀請該客商五、六次來華，并在每一份材料中附上該客商的每次來華簽證記錄、海關出入境記錄和貿(mào)易額憑據(jù)?！邦I導簽名”欄，企業(yè)法人代表或其委托領導須親筆簽名（企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人不可擅自代簽，也不可以蓋領導簽字章），后蓋公章。“聯(lián)系人”要填寫企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人自己的聯(lián)系方法（為不耽擱您的寶貴時間，最好寫上手機號），而且要表中所寫的“聯(lián)系人”本人去金華取簽證通知，不可委托快遞公司取。護照的復印件必須包含如下四項內(nèi)容：1、外商的姓名全稱；2、國籍；3、護照的有效期；4、護照的號碼；如果有身份信息，必須是商人身份，不可是與商務無關的身份。雙方購銷合同要求是由外商簽字、我方企業(yè)負責人簽字并加蓋公章后生效的合同或售貨確認書等材料的復印件，以證明雙方之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)關系。各種附件不可以使用感應傳真紙，感應傳真紙上的內(nèi)容必須經(jīng)復印后，方可使用。各企業(yè)邀請外商來華，由各企業(yè)外事專辦員到義烏外僑辦辦理。以上小小資料，供參考！一般邀請函有國外客戶要來參觀公司索要,還有政府邀請函是政府邀請一些人士進行政治活動所發(fā)出的信,一般來說，公司的邀請函就可以讓客戶辦VISA了。至于那些要你出據(jù)地方政府有關簽證的, 就不要理他了. 辦了邀請函后,你公司要對他在中國的不法事情付有相應的法律責任.辦理的步驟是：準備客戶的營業(yè)執(zhí)照復印件一份和護照的第一頁你們公司要準備：營業(yè)執(zhí)照復印件一份申請報告一份證明雙方交流的信函2-3封入境申請表2份Invitation LettersInvite your guests with warmth and friendship!Be sure to include in your invitation letter:the name of the person sponsoring the event (who is the host/hostess?)exactly who is invited (can someone bring a guest, spouse, child?)what type of social event is being heldthe date, address, and time of the eventdirections or a simple map if the location may be difficult to findwhat type of dress is appropriate or preferredthe phone number and deadline to reply; precede these facts with “R.S.V.P.” (French abbreviation for “please reply”).Try to send your invitation letter two weeks or more in advance!Sample formal invitation letterDateDear Professor _We are so pleased that you will be visiting Stanford to speak at our _ Research Workshop on date.
