ToensurestableoperationofelectrostaticprecipitatorefficiencymeasuresESPisahighlyefficientdustcollector,hasbeenmoreandmoreusedbycoal-firedpowerplants.Electrostaticprecipitatorinordertomaintainlong-term,high-performanceandstableoperation,itshouldbeaffectingtheefficiencyofelectrostaticprecipitatorfactorsanalysis,andtothestrengtheningofelectrostaticprecipitatoroperation,maintenanceandoverhaulmanagement.1Affecttheefficiencyofelectrostaticprecipitatordustfactor1.1High-low-voltagepowersupplycontroldevicedesignandoperationofthepoorReasonablecoronaESPpoweristoensuresafe,stableoperationofoneoftheimportantfactors.ESP380VDChighvoltagefromhigh-voltagealternatingcurrentflowingthroughthyristorrectifierequipmentsupply,electricdustcollectorofhigh-voltagepowersupplyimpedanceisaloadchange.ImpedancewhentheelectricfieldincreasedER-hourrequirementsofequipmenttoautomaticallystep-up;lowerimpedancewhentheelectricfieldandcurrentbecomelarger,therequirementsofequipmenttoautomaticallystep-downinordertomaintainthecurrentsettings.Internaltransformerrectifiervoltageandcurrentsamplingresistor,theintroductionofnegativefeedbacksignals,processedbythemicrocomputerintelligentcontrolthyristorphase-shiftoftheconductionangle,theoutputvoltagetochangetheloadtothepurposeofoutput,sothatthemosteffectiveelectricfieldofcoronapower.However,somepowerandcontrolequipment,factoryproductioncontrolofthecontrollerofthedevicecharacteristicsandcontrolmethodsarenotperfectprotection,etc.,coupledwiththepowerplantoperationandmaintenancepersonnelofequipmentThereisacertainunderstandingoftheprinciplesoftheblindspot,resultinginpowersupplypooroperationofcontroldevices.1.2vibrationcleaningdeviceoperatingmodeunreasonableAtpresent,thermalpowerplantsinadditiontotheuseofelectricity,andallisvibrationcleaningmethods.Inthevibrationintensityanduniformityrequirementsaremet,thevibrationsystem(cycletime,theway)isreasonablefortheefficiencyofelectrostaticprecipitatordustimpact.Vibrationcycle,theimpactonthecollectionefficiencyistobeabletomakewhencleaningoffthedustfromfallingintotheashbucketdirectlyblock.Vibrationcycleistoolong,foulingplatethickness,willreducethedustintheveryboardchargedtheconductiveproperties,reducingcollectionefficiency;vibrationcycleistooshort,dustwillbedispersedintofalling,havegivenrisetotheseconddust,thatisdepositedontheelectrostaticprecipitatordustcollectingonthepoleagainwithadustcollectorcurrents,inparticulartheelectricfieldattheendofthesecondpolardustwouldgreatlyreducetheefficiencyofelectrostaticprecipitator.Dustcausedbythesecondtherearemanyfactors,suchashighresistivitydust,resultinginanti-coronaelectricfieldcollectingtheunevendistributionofthefluegasflowrateorflowratecausedbyhighturbulenceandswirl.Therefore,therequirementsoftheelectricfieldoffluegasflowrateofnotmorethan3m/s,thegeneraloperationoftheelectricfieldinthefluegasflowrate1.5m/sorso,andthepossibledistributionoffluegasflow,andthevibrationfrequencyofcleaningoffiscausedbydustSecondarydustfactor.Followcertainprocedures,usingappropriatetestmethods,establishtherightvibrationsystem,atthesametimestrengthenthegrayashbucketequipmentmaintenancetopreventgrayashblockedouttheBigDipper,canpreventtheoccurrenceofsecondarydust.1.3boileroperatingparametersdeviatefromnormalUnderthenormalloadintheboilerfluegasflow,exhaustgastemperature,fluegasdustconcentrationandotherparameterswiththedesignparametersofelectrostaticprecipitatororlessthesameasallthenormaloperationofelectrostaticprecipitator.Iftheboilerfluegasflowincreases,smoketemperature,fluegasdustconcentrationincreased,theelectrostaticprecipitatoroperatingconditionswilldeteriorate,sothatlowercollectionefficiency.Whentheboilerlow-loadrunningtime,inordertostabilizecombustion,mustbeinputforcombustionofheavyoilordiesel,resultinginfluegastemperatureandincreaseintheviscousmaterial.Theseviscousmaterialshypertrophycausedbycathode-rayanodeplatedeposition,resultingindecreasedefficiencyoftheelectricfieldofthedust.Ifvaporleaksintheboiler,fluegaswillincreasethehumidity,althoughinaveryshorttimebecauseofsmokeandquenchedandtemperedbylowerresistancethantheash,dustremovalefficiencywillbeincreased,butalittlelonger,willseriouslyfoulingESP,Inparticular,whenthedisclosureoflarge,plateorscale,willreducethelifeofprecipitator.1.4changesincoalIfcoalburningboilerchangesinthedesignofitscalorificvaluethancoalwithlowashcoalthanthedesignofhigh,itwillincreaseitscoal,flourmills,dust,ashequipmentwearandshortenthemaintenancecycleoftheequipment.Theuseoflowcalorificvaluecoal,theactualcoal-firedboilerswillincreasesothatthevolumeoffluegascontainingashincreased.ThiswillmakeESPmorethandealingwiththedesignoffluegasdustconcentrationvalues,collectionefficiencywillbeseriouslyaffected.Inordertoeliminatecoalfromtheimpactofchangesincollectionefficiencyofelectrostaticprecipitator,dustremovalequipmentinthesystemundernormalcircumstances,eachelectrostaticprecipitatorshouldbecarriedoutatleastoneofthecharacteristicsoftypicalcoalteststodeterminethecoal,electricity,vibrationefficiencyelectrostaticprecipitatorforthecombinedeffectoftheESPtofindthebestoperatingmode.2strengthentheelectrostaticprecipitatormaintenanceandrepairwork(1)StatePowerEnvironmentalProtectionproducedbyDJseriesofcomputer-controlledhigh-low-voltagepowersupplydevices,anditsuseofadvancedhigh-pressurecontrolpartofthe8098single-chipandperipheralchips,control,protectionfunctions,simplestructure,easy-to-usefeatures,andforthermalpowerplantboilercombustionemissionofdust(flyash)thanthechangesinresistanceprovidesawiderangeofpowersupplytorunavarietyofdifferentwaystomeettherequirementsofworkingconditions.Thispowersupplyequipmentfortheoriginaltransformation,thecentralplanecanbeachievedwithlong-rangeandturbiditydustdetectorconstitutethefeedbacksignaloftheclosed-loopcontrolelectrostaticprecipitator,totheeffectofenergy-efficientoperation.Theirprotectionandalarmfunctionsinvolvedintheimportationofover-current,outputopen-circuit,outputshortcircuit,undervoltageprotection,partialexcitation,SCRriskofopenandcriticaltemperature,thethermalpowerplantisalmostcoveredbytheoperationofelectrostaticprecipitatorforallfaulttypes.(2)effortstoimprovethestatusoftheoperationofelectrostaticprecipitator,strictlyenforcetheelectrostaticprecipitatoroperationandmaintenanceguidelines,theexistenceoftheoperationoftheequipmentfailuresandshortcomingsshouldbeintime,establishacomprehensive,reasonablemaintenanceandprojectcycle.(3)maintenancearea.Overhaulattheelectrostaticprecipitatorinovercast,anodespacingadjustments,andrecordthemeasurementresultsbeforeandafteradjustment.Toovercast,anodedevicevibrationequipment(mainlyelectricalvibration,reducingthebrowsermachine,shaft,bearings,torsionarmhammer,insulationconnectingrod,etc.)toinspectthewearandhandling;ofashsystems,insulation,heatingsystems,Doo-graylevelmeter,devicessuchaslockinggasinspectionanddebugging.(4)electricalconnection.Enforcingoverhaulofpreventivetestselectricalequipmentorderintheelectrostaticprecipitatortransformerrectifiersectionsofhighpressureandlowpressurereactor,insulatingsupportandconnectedcomponents,highvoltagedirectcurrentcablesandotherequipmentofthepilotprojectandtheexpressprovisionofthecycle,totriggerpowersupplydeviceperformancetesting,onavarietyofprotectionthroughoutthetrial,thehigh-lowvoltageelectricalcircuitandswitchinstrumentsseizedtheschool,andhangingrectifiertochangethecoreinspect
